Chapter 18: Ben and Mal

Evie reached in her backpack and pulled out her phone. "Um. Guys, I think you need to see this..."

"What?" Jay and Carlos stopped arguing.

"What?" Ben and Mal stopped talking about the upcoming prom.

Evie looked worried. "Does anyone know how long we've been gone for?"

Everyone shook their heads. "Well apparently it's been too long because tonight is the prom!!!"

WHAT!" Everyone jumped up and started to panic.

"I can't be late! I was supposed to go with Audrey and she's gonna kill me if I'm late!" Shouted Jay as he ran around, stuffing everything into his backpack.

"I can't be late either!" Carlos called while running around and constantly bumping into Jay which caused them to fight every time.

"What!" Ben and Mal jumped up and started to help.

"Um. One problem, how are we gonna get home??" Asked Evie.

"OH CRAP!"

"Ugh. I'm so tired!" Said Carlos as he sat down on a rock.

The group had been walking for about an hour. They knew they were going down the mountain because there was lots of downhill slopes and they just felt like they were going down.

The trees were more and more clumped together and the air was getting warmer and more humid.

"We need to keep going!" Shouted Evie. "I cant miss prom!"

"Yeah! But it's probably still quite far away." Said Ben.

"Yeah." Said Mal. "Wait, what's that?"

Not that far ahead there was what looked like a road.

"Yes!" The five ran to the road. It was a busy road and all they had to do was call a taxi. Evie did that with her phone and in about five minutes a taxi arrived to pick them up.

"Problem. I have nothing to wear!" Shouted Evie as she laid down on her bed in her dorm at Auradon Prep.

"Same here." Mal sat down on the edge of her bed.

Knock knock knock. "I got it." Mal stood up again and opened the door.

Lonnie, daughter of Mulan, stood outside the door. "I couldn't help but walk past and I heard your predicament."

"Yeah." Mal let Lonnie in and she smiled at them.

"I'm gonna take you, SHOPPING!"

A/N: Chapter 18 is out and I am so happy to announce that this story is now in the running for Wattys2015!! :D I am so excited and I hope you guys vote and comment on this cuz I would love to see this story have a chance in the Wattys :D I am so excited!!! :D

But with the story, I have to work on this like crazy so I'm gonna try and upload 1-3 chapters a day. This is gonna be interesting...
