Far, far away...

Away from all the bickering of the world

In the galaxy, among the stars

Is a star that shines for me, I believe.

Waiting for me to make a wish

A wish that can change the course of my life

I will wish upon it, when the time is right

When my heart has sought what it desires.

Noorie's sad mind came up with this little poetry as she sat by her window and watched the stars gleaming upon the late night sky. Stargazing had been her hobby since childhood. It always guides her heart, calms her mind and soothes her soul. Especially at time of distress, they act as solace to her, freeing her from all the stress and anxieties of everyday life.

Like tonight, she had a little rift with her to be fiancé and she was upset. Watching the stars had helped her feel relaxed and now that the negative thoughts have been drained out of her mind, she can focus on what she can do to solve the issues that has been causing such disruptions in her soon to be engagement.

She is not much relieved though. Not unless, she can talk things over with Irfan - her fiancé to be, but she feels positive now. She went by her desk and switched on her laptop and did what she had been delaying to do since last two days.

She typed in the poetry that had just formulated in her mind, adding it to her blog and continued writing.

Hello Everyone,

I sincerely hope all of you are in the best of health and living a happy life. :)

This poem just formed into my mind a little while ago when I had been talking to the stars. Yeah, they talk to me and let me tell you, it is so comforting and an experience of its own. I have been a stargazer since I was a kid (as many of you might already know, if you had been following my blogs), absent-mindedly looking at them and then with time the bonding developed into something more than just mere watching. I learnt to sense their course of action, these stars they in their own way alert me about the things that may happen in my life. I know this sounds crazy to many of you. But, I can feel so.. Sense so. It has been working for me.

Stargazing is a practice of watching the stars, but it is also an art of studying them which many people do. The cosmos, the galaxy and the entire thing it controls, is there for a reason and it speaks to us, but if we can infer.

On a personal level, I find it very romantic and comforting. I hope my fiance would love to sit on the rooftop or lay on the grass and watch the stars with me. Whoa... I love the feeling. I'm totally in love with galaxy - the moon, the stars and the sun. I wish my life partner shares this interest of mine. Or, perhaps he is more into the sun. I am not sure. I need to ask him. Watching sunset and sunrise can be so soul-awakening too.

I barely thought of partaking in this 'weird act' as you might put it, to be in my blog today and inquire how many of you are into stargazing?

I really think all you girls must try it out once, if you already haven't with your boyfriends/fiancé/husband. Such things help bringing two people closer you know... Like sharing hobbies and interests.

A dance under moonlight with your partner is such a lovely fantasy. On a wishful mode* smiles*

Do share your experiences on the comment sections. I would love to hear from you all. And, Remember if life is knocking you down, then just forget everything and look at the stars. They will unquestiongly offer you some solace and you just might feel guided. :)

Peace, Love & Happiness

Stargazer☆

Noorie reviewed what she has written and then hit the button to post it, letting out a yawn. She was tired and sleepy. Her gaze shifted to the clock on her laptop. It was past 3 am. She had to publish this week's article yesterday. But, she was too upset with other more important matters of her life to be able to work upon it. Blogging is something she does for her hobby and to connect and share with the world. She is a people person and it has been her deepest desires to know more about the fellow-beings of her planet. People love to read her blogs. There have been huge responses to almost all the articles she has posted and with time she even had made few good friends from her followers.

Life certainly has been treating her well except this one issue with Irfan and she hopes that soon the worse will be over. She is hopeful and thankful for all her blessings. She turned off her laptop. Stood up and walked towards her window and smiled at the star that was shining at its mightiest.

"Goodnight", she said softly as she smiled and pulled the curtains together before hitting the bed hoping to get a little nap before she wakes up for Tahajjud prayer. It was still much time for Fajr, so she can have an hour nap before getting up for Tahajjud and then she will follow up with Fajr prayer.

This is what she does whenever she is sleepless the entire night because it is rely important to have a little sleep before performing Tahajjud, as she had been told by a Scholar.

She yawned and set alarm time for 4am and fell asleep thinking about her guardian star, as she smiled to herself imagining how it would be like to hold hands with Irfan and watch the stars together.

Up in the galaxy, in the black velvet sky, Queen moon was half covered by the clouds as most of the stars dimmed their lights. The star that was shining brightly, sparkled with all its intensity before going soft on its strength, as if attempting to convey a message. But, the world was asleep. So, was Noorie.
