Justin stopped at a small market, and I picked out some jean shorts, a gray t-shirt, and sneakers and trashed the wedding dress because I never wanted to see it again even though it was very pretty.  I got some other clothes and life essentials, and a backpack then put it all in the bag and we set off again. After a whole day’s drive, Justin pulled into Logan’s Steakhouse and got out, walked around the car, and opened the door for me.  I blushed and got out of the car.  He shut the door and locked the car, and we went inside.  He looked around, and the people he was looking for waved at him.  I gasped.  It was Kenzie and Luke, and by them was Hannah.  I squealed in delight as I saw them, and Kenzie jumped up as she saw me and we hugged.  I hugged Hannah, and Luke even though he complained about it.  After some of the excitement settled down, we sat down and ordered our drinks and food.  We talked, ate, laughed, drank, and joked around for a long time.  Finally, we couldn’t think of anything else to talk about, so all of us paused trying to think of something. I was looking around for something to discuss, and that’s when I saw a clock hanging on the wall.  It was nine. We decided to go and find something else to do, so we paid for our food and left.  We drove around, and I spotted a go-kart place and suggested it to the others.  They agreed and we all went to the go-karts, and paid for a few rides.  No one was there, so we got the track all to ourselves.  I got in a dark green go-kart, Justin in a red one, Luke in a black one, Kenzie in a orange one, and Hannah in a blue one.  We raced many times, and it ended up that Luke and Justin were tied in the end with each winning five, Kenzie winning three, and me and Hannah tying with four.  After the go-karts we went to one of those giant caged bungee things that sat two at a time.  Kenzie and Luke went first together, and I could hear their laughing from on the ground.  While they were doing their turn, I saw Hannah stiffen in the corner of my eye.  I looked at her.

“What’s wrong?”  She didn’t reply.  Then the wind blew and I smelt Sean’s scent, but it smelt... different.  I looked around and saw a dark figure standing in the shadow of the building of the arcade.  When I spotted him, he smiled, and stepped from the shadows.  I nearly growled when he came forward, but he looked different, also.  He seemed not so stressed and just.... happier.

“What are you doing here?” I asked.  Sean grinned.

“I wanted to thank you.  You broke me from Zack’s control when you eliminated his powers and strengths.  I didn’t want to do any of the things I did to you, but he convinced me that he had something horrible if I didn’t obey him.  I was an idiot to believe him, but he used his powers to manipulate me.  Also.... I wanted to ask you, Hannah, if you’d take me back.  I miss you a lot.”  Hannah seemed to study him, then opened her arms.

“I believe you, and I forgive you, sweetie.” I raised a brow.

“Sweetie?

“O..kay?”  We all laughed, and then Luke and Kenzie finished their ride, and Justin and I got on.  I was nervous about riding it; I hadn’t rode a ride or anything apart from a car and bike before.  So I grabbed Justin’s hand, and then the cage shot up into the air.  I screamed as we flew into the sky, and then flipped and plummeted back down.  My scream turned into a laugh soon though, and I had a lot of fun.  The ride seemed not to last as long as Kenzie and Luke’s even though I knew it had been.  Then Hannah and Sean got on the ride, and they did their turn.  After the bungee cage, we went inside the arcade and played a few games, and then got some Dippin’ Dots from the reward tickets we got.  We did a few other fun things, like putt-putt, and we rented some scooters at ten.  I rode on the back of one with Justin driving, and Hannah and Kenzie had the same manner with Luke and Sean.  The guys wanted to race, so we let them, me clinging to Justin like a monkey as we raced down a backroad. Of course, the fun had to end and we turned back in the scooters, but then we loaded into the cars.  I asked where we were going, but Nathan just smiled.
