Danielle: 

"What about your girlfriend?" I asked Liam. 

"We broke up a month ago" he said.  

"Am I just a replacement?" I asked him.  

"No, I would never compare you or take you as a replacement ever. I've always liked you but I never understood my feelings for you and I'm going to prove it" he said.  

I looked at him confused. 

"I'll be right back" he said while smiling. 

He got up on the stage and said something to the DJ. He looked over at me and I mouthed the words 'What are you doing?'

I stood in front of the stage as he grabbed his guitar. He started to strum a familiar tune. It was his cover of Lego House by Ed Sheeran. 

"I dedicate this song to the person that I've always liked and will always like no matter what. Danielle" he said.  

Everyone started to cheer and clap. Seeing him sing that song for me meant a lot to me. I could see the smile that formed when he sang. The cute way he scrunched up his face when he got really into the song. I smiled, never leaving his eye contact. When he finished, everyone continued to clap and cheer. He came off stage and stood in front of me. 

"Liam, that was amazing" I said while smiling.  

He smiled and I placed my hand on his cheek. 

"Well, Danielle. Do you believe me now?" he asked. 

"Yeah" I said while nodding.  

He smiled and took my hands in his while placing a small kiss on them. 

"One more question" he said. 

I looked at him confused before nodding for him to go on. 

"Will you be my girl?" he asked. 

I smiled and looked up at him. 

"Yes" I said before reaching out and hugging him.  

His arms wrapped around me and then we pulled away to look at each other. 

"Is my boyfriend seriously afraid of spoons?" I had to ask.  

"Wait...how did you know?" he asked confused with a nervous chuckle. 

"I read it somewhere" I said while smiling.  

He chuckled and kissed me lightly. His lips felt so perfect with mine.  I smiled into the kiss and then we pulled away. He wrapped his arms around me and I laid my head on his chest. He placed his head on top of mine and softly hummed to the song.
