Chapter 14

Genko's POV 

I thought about what happened at K block with the President X and Tadashi. I recalled the recent event of Chesa taking Tadashi to the infirmary. I'm actually feeling a bit worried about what just happened. I've never seen the President do such a thing to other students although, he is in the same year as me. 

I wonder what Chesa and Tadashi are doing now. I don't know why I reacted like that. I don't even know why I went after her when she took Tadashi to infirmary.

I mean, I should of been happy for her that she's becoming closer to Tadashi, but why do I feel not happy?

"Genko? Are you okay?" Alejandro asked me, clicking his fingers in front of my face.

I reacted after a few clicks and turned to him. He looked really concern about me and raising one eyebrow. I shaked my head to erase the thoughts of Chesa just now.

"Oh, nah I'm fine." I replied back while I smiled weakly. I got back to my work, answering the questions from the textbook. I became more focus on my work and got it done within less than 5 minutes. I felt Alejandro nudge me with his elbow.

"Do you have feelings for Chesa?" The heat raised up to my cheeks as I tried to conceal it, but I failed. 

"Eh what?!" I accidentally said out loud. A few people that was sitting around us turned around or looked at us and gave us some weird looking expressions and then turned back as if they don't care.

I can't believe that I reacted like that. Usually I calm myself down before I react to anything. Is something wrong with me today? 

"Why are you suddenly asking me that?" I added and I feel my cheeks become more red than before. Alejandro gave me the 'look' meaning that he's gonna give me an smirk look.

"Well, you did suddenly ran after Chesa when she was carrying Tadashi to the infirmary." He smiled at me but I tried to keep my normal face straight.

"That doesn't mean that I have feelings for her." I denied, turning my back towards him while I crossed my arms, making the 'hpmh' sound. 

"You're denying it. I know you have feelings for her!" Alejandro began to poke my arm.

"Alejandro I don't!" I shot back, turning my body towards him again. 

"I saw the way you reacted when she took Tadashi to the infirmary. You even ran after her so that means you are worried and possibly have feelings for her." He pulled some stupid face at me while I rolled my eyes. 

"Even if I did have feelings for her, I still would help her get close to Tadashi. It was our agreement. To help each other out." Alejandro narrowed his eyes and raised an eyebrow. He began to scratch his chin, as if he was trying to see how suspicious I was.

Was I meant to tell him that or keep it a secret?

"Wait what? Are you helping her?" He says a bit confused. 

"Yes I am." I answer before I let out and small sigh. 

Alejandro thought about it for a few minutes, sinking the small amount of information in his mind. He leaned his back against the chair before lightly pushing his foot on the table leg, and leaning the chair backwards with him. He puts his hands at the back of his neck while he was stretching his arms. 

"To be honest, I don't think she'll be with Tadashi. I think she will end up with you." He stated. I leaned my arm on the table and rested my chin on my fist before I turned to him. 

"I think she would rather be with someone who is the same year level as her." I sighed. Alejandro dropped forward to his desk, shifting his body slightly towards me.
