Eren's POV

I glanced at Armin from the corner of my eyes to see him fidgeting wildly. While I was just as uncomfortable. I sat next to Armin in a circle formed of chairs while the other chairs were filled with middle aged women who stared at us in awe. A few hours after bearkfast and roaming around the town it was time to go to the gay support group meeting. So thats how me and Armin ended up in This awkward situation. As for Mr. Arlert, well he sat on the right of Armin, smiling proudly.

"So Eren," one the women began I pried my looked form Armin to rest my eyes on her "what do you find attractive about Armin?" She finished. I felt myself heat up slightly but never as much as Armin was right now. He peered up at me with a worried look. I smiled reasureingly before answering the woman's question.

"Well, when Armin giggles or laughs, it's like he fills my ears with music not to mention the way he reddens when you compliment him. Oh, oh and how his eyes have like this little sparkle in them and when he smiles, don't even get me started on his smile is seriously brighter than the sun and....." I was about to continue my endless list of what I adore about Armin when I realise I was getting ahead of myself. I catch a quick glance at Armin to see him completely red with a smile of flattery.

I chuckle at my enthusiasm for my of Armin.

"But over all...." I paused taking a deep breath. I was planning on confessing properly once returned to the college. But right on seemed like the perfect time to drop the bomn. I turned to Armin, he looked up shyly. I took hold of his hands. "I love Armin Arlert" I finished.

Armin's lit up as he leaped out of his chair and wrapped his frail arms around my neck and whispered in my ear something only I could hear.

"I love you. I love you so fucking much" he chuckled with a cracked voice, nuzzles into my shoulder. I felt drops of water wet my shirt. But I knew not to worry. He was just really happy. A smile attached to my lips quickly as I held Armin. Not even aware that there were still people in the room.

We soon left the meeting and headed back home when suddenly my phone rang as we sat in the car.

"Hello?" I answer expecting Mikasa to say something but instead what I heard made me want to sink to the bottom of the sea.

"Son?"

The lump in my throat grew wider to his soft tone. Why him? Why today? Why? I felt sweat run down my temples sensing Armin give me a worried stare.

"D-dad?" I spoke. Right then I looked at Armin to see his eyes widen if that was even possible. I found myself thinking of Armin's ocean eyes. Completely ignoring the voice speaking on the other end.
