The Winchesters - Hot Blooded

I stood just outside the old warehouse, heart pounding against my sternum so fiercely I thought it may crack through the bone. Adrenaline was coursing through my veins. Like water in a rapid. I clutched the weapon I held in my right hand even tighter, knuckles pressing taut to my skin.

I was so riled up I could barely stand still long enough to choose a song. Machete in one hand, iPod in the other, I bounced on my toes impatiently trying to find the right song to fit the moment. Which song would you choose going into a Vampire nest by yourself, one weapon against ten supernaturally enhanced blood drinkers? Eye of the tiger or Hot blooded...
Hot blooded seems to fit the moment, Foreigner it is.

Pressing play and slipping my iPod back into my pocket, my ears were immediately blasted with loud guitar, I was pretty sure this was the limit my headphones could withstand, the music was so loud I couldn't even hear myself think. Moving towards the sliding door of the warehouse I began to bob my head to the beat, my feet bouncing along the music as I walked.

Well I'm hot blooded, check it and see. I've got a fever of a hundred and three..
I slid the door open and stepped over the threshold, and was immediately greeted by two male Vampires, young, probably only just created.

Come on baby do you do more than dance?
I was singing along now, and with a slice of my machete the first Vamps head rolled to the floor, the other looked at me with pure loathing.
I'm hot blooded, I'm hot blooded!
I was dancing now, twisting around the Vampire and shouting lyrics, moving my legs and hips with absolutely zero skill, I couldn't dance well if my life depended on it. All part of the fun, right? The confusion on his face was well worth the bad dance moves.
You don't have to read my mind...
I sang at the vamp, before throwing my arm forward and connecting my blade with his neck, taking his head clean off.
To know what I have in mind! Honey you ought to know
I continued to dance my way through the dank warehouse and was met by another Vampire, a woman who was twice my size and undoubtedly stronger.
Now you move so fine...
She had her back hunched and leaned toward me with bared fangs
Let me lay it on the line...
She lunged for my throat but I twisted out of her way, still singing along loudly.
I wanna know what you're doing after the show!
I swung my leg up high and landed a kick to her to rib cage, sending her flying backward, before I lunged forward and sliced off her head.
Now it's up to you, we can make a secret rendezvous
I moved further into the warehouse and was met with a damp rotting smell, like socks that had been worn for a month, mingled with blood.
Just me and you...
Three Vampires strolled out of the dark, all bigger than me, two men and one woman.
I'll show you loving like you never knew, I sang.
The woman lunged and landed a punch to my jaw, I staggered.
That's why I'm hot blooded! Check it and see, I got a fever of a hundred and three...
Whilst continuing the song I ran at the female Vampire and kicked her in the knee, she faltered long enough for me to cut off her head.
Come on baby do you do more than dance? I'm hot blooded, hot blooded!
The two male vamps advanced from my left and right, just as they were about to close in, I quickly dashed forward, causing them to collide.
If it feels alright, maybe you can stay all night...
I didn't wait for them to recover, I moved quickly and hacked at the one that attacked my left, but only caught him on the shoulder. Shit.
Shall I leave you my key?
He hissed and went to grab me for the second time, but you can't grab someone if your head isn't sitting on your shoulders.
But you've got to give me a sign, some kinda sign
The vampire I was now facing was at least three times my height, he was absolutely massive and to be honest, I was scared, but it didn't stop me from singing.
Tell me, are you hot mama? You sure look that way to me...
The giant in front of me grinned a gleaming smile full of pearly white fangs, before he landed a kick to my hip.
Are you old enough? Will you be ready when I call your bluff?
I sang, a little off key due to the pain. I could see he was going to kick me again, so I lunged the opposite way and punched him hard in the ear.
Is my timing right? Did you save your love for me tonight? I shouted the lyrics as I drove my machete through his neck.

Yeah I'm, hot blooded! Check it and see, feel a fever burning inside of me...
I didn't even have to move, because the four remaining Vampires of the nest had stalked out to meet me. I was outnumbered by a lot, even if these ones did seem to be the smallest of the bunch.
Come on baby do you do more than dance, cos I'm hot blooded, I'm hot blooded!
What happened after I sang those lines was quick, and damn impressive. Two attractive guys hurled themselves out of the shadows from behind the remaining creatures. One was incredibly tall, just as tall as the Vampire that kicked me in the hip. He had shoulder length brown hair and a strong jaw. The other one was shorter, but not by much, he had short spiked hair that was a light brown. They were undoubtedly brothers. Anyone who moved that fast and that synchronised has to have known each other for a lifetime. Besides, they both had the same strong jaw.

The taller one hacked off the head of the Vampire furthest to the left, the shorter one did the same with the right.
The two Male Vampires sandwiched in the middle made a leap for my throat, I moved just as fast as the mysterious men and punched one of the Vampires directly in the throat, then turned, kicking the other one hard in the stomach.
Now it's up to you? Can we make a secret rendezvous? I sang the words lowly and danced around my opponents, managing to slice the head off of the one that got too close.
Before we do, you'll have to get away from you know who...
And with that line, my allied strangers swung their machetes simultaneously at the Vampires' neck and met the blades in the middle with a loud clang.

As the head fell to floor, I stopped singing and pulled off my head phones, resting them around my neck. The shorter one was the first to speak, "Foreigner? You've got a pretty good taste in music." He grinned at me and I grinned back, laughing a little "What can I say? Music helps me hunt."
"That was one hell of a hunt, you practically took out the entire nest before we even realised someone was wiping them all out. Quite a voice you've got," the taller one smiled warmly at me and I felt instantly comfortable, "Thanks, I try my best," he chuckled. "I'm Dean and this is my little brother Sam," the shorter one said his slightly bloody hand raised for me to shake, which I did with my own bloody hand. "I'm (Y/N), thanks for saving my ass. This wouldn't be the first time," they looked at me, puzzled. "I've heard about you guys, most hunters have, stopping the apocalypse doesn't go unnoticed amongst hunters. I figured it was you guys right after you killed that last Vamp." Sam looked a little bit miffed whilst Dean was trying his best not to look smug. "Kid, that was some great hunting. You've got talent, how about we clean up and we'll take you out for a drink? To say thanks for doing our work," I smiled warmly at Dean, then Sam, I didn't feel wary around these two, they were practically the stuff of legend, "A drink sounds great." I concluded, and we all walked out of the stinking warehouse, completely filthy and bedraggled, but smiling. From ear to ear.

A.N: Okay so I'm really sorry if this was terrible, it's not my best and I've never done a song fic, but it's 3am and I sorta winged it, it hasn't currently been edited so I apologise for any mistakes. Thanks guys :)
