~Chapter 13~2 Weeks Later~
I had my ring attire on(in pic) & was heading to see Dean when Taker stood in front of me with his druids. "It's time for you to join." Taker said walking closer to me. "Like hell I will!" I said & made a run for it when Taker grabbed me knocking me out.
I woke up in a dark room sitting next to someone. I looked around & saw Taker. I ran for the door only for it to be blocked by 2 of Taker's druids. I backed up bumping into Taker. "You will join the darkside, Nyx." Taker said. I heard Dean calling me & Taker covered my mouth as he went by. "Nyx! Where are you?!" Dean yelled passing by. "What a fool. Next week I'm challenging him for your soul & contract." Taker said darkly. I struggled in his grip still unable to talk.
~After Raw~
Vince came in to Taker's locker room. "Taker why didn't you ask Dean?" Vince asked as 2 of Taker's druids held me. "Well I'm changing it. I'm gunna keep Nyx for 3 more weeks & at SummerSlam we'll fight. I'm gunna play mind games on Dean." Taker said. "That actually sounds goods. So Nyx will almost escape but you catch her. She can't see Dean. Nyx you will be shown to Dean as Taker steals your soul the day before SummerSlam." Vince said. "Ok." I said. Vince left & Taker took me to his truck & put me in & drove to the hotel "You don't mind rooming with me do you?" Taker asked me. "No. It's fine." I said smiling. I sat on the bed when my phone rang. "Hey Dad." I said. "Hey. Lil Shadows. We watched you tonight. We hope to see you soon." Dad said. "Me too. I miss you guys." I said looking out the window. "Well I just wanted to say good luck. I need to go." Dad said. "You're hiding in your closet aren't you?" I asked amused. "You know me so well Baby girl. Bye." Dad said hanging up. I laughed as Taker came out of the bathroom. "Should I ask why you're laughing?" Taker asked laying on his bed. "I guess my Uncles are at Dad's house so he hid in his closet to call me." I said calming down. "You have an intersting family Mid." Taker said turning the light off. I fell asleep exhausted from tonight.
We got up the next day & got on a plane to the next show in Texas. I was hoping I'd never come back here. I was at the arena training with Taker as he taught me his moves. After 2 hours of training we stopped & I found Vince. "Hey Nyx. What's up?" Vince asked. "Well we're in my old hometown. Can Taker & I go by my house?" I asked. "Sure. You got time." Vince said. I went to find Taker & saw him with Kane. "Taker. You need to come with me. I have to go to my old house." I said. Taker nodded & we went there. I went inside & found my brother room. "Luke." I said looking at a picture of me & him. "Who's that?" Taker asked from behind me. "My brother Luke." I said grabbing a bag & put the picture & some of his shirts in it. I went to my room & flinched from the sight of my old blood on the floor. I packed the money I hid & more of my clothes. I went to my parents room & took some of moms rings. I found Taker looking at the blood spot on my bedroom floor. "Is that" I cut him off. "Yes. That's my blood. This was before Matt adopted me." I said. "Dam I forgot my guitar got broken." I said. I left the house with Taker & we dropped the stuff at the hotel. We got to the arena & went into character. I put my ring attire on & was in Taker's lockerroom. I snuck out the room & Taker grabbed me taking me back to the lockerroom. "You're mine." Taker said. "Let's go taunt Dean." Taker said.
Dean was in a match against Randy Orton still trying to find Nyx. Taker held me against him with his hand over my mouth as we appeared on the Titantron. "Dean Ambrose. I have something that belongs to you." Taker said as I tried to pry Taker's hand off my mouth. Dean looked & saw me getting angry. He turned around only to get RKO'd by Randy & lost the match. Dean grabbed a mic facing the Titantron. "Let my niece go Deadman!" Dean said. "I can't do that. I'm challenging you to a match at SummerSlam for her contract. If I win she's mine." Taker said while I struggled to get free. "Fine. Name the match." Dean said. "A Casket Match." Taker said as the Titantron went off. Taker grabbed my wrist pulling me to his locker room & locked the door. "I will win." Taker said going to the bathroom. I ran to the door only to be pulled away. Taker turned on the TV & made me sit next to him. "My Uncle will kick your ass!" I said. "Not in my game." Taker said. I watched the matches as the druids guard the door. Taker left to play mind games with Dean. He came back & packed his bag.
~After RAW~
I was sitting in the hotel room with Taker as we watched TV. I looked at the sky smiling. "I miss you Uncle Jimmy." I said out loud. "I'm sure he's smiling at you." Taker said. Jimmy appeared in front of us smiling. "Taker's right Mid. I am looking down at you smiling. You're living your dream & I'm proud of you. I will always love you & miss you." Uncle Jimmy said & kissed my forehead. He dissappeared smiling. "I could get use to that." Taker said. I left & took a cab to the cemetery. I found Luke's grave & sat there. "I miss you Luke. Why did you leave me?" I said crying. I don't know how long I was there but I heard voices. "There you are Mid." Dean said. I saw Dean Randy, Taker Triple H, Kane & Vince there. "Who's grave?" Vince asked. "My brother Luke." He died at age 17 & I was 9." I said. I still feel like I'm the reason why he's dead." I said brushing my hand over his gravestone & got up. "What happened to you? You seem like you went through a lot of pain." Stephenie said. "A lot." I said following Taker. "You weren't kidding when you said you do night walks in graveyards." Taker said. "It's calming." I said. "Agreed." Taker said as we all went to the hotel & went to bed.
