Sqaishy P.O.V.

I cried remembering the look on Amy's face before I ran out. It was like something was unspoken. I just couldn't put my finger on it. Then I felt arms wrap around me. I looked up and tried to get rid of the mist in my eyes by blinking a few times. On my fourth blink I realized who it was.
"Stampy." I threw my arms around him and he hugged me back.
"Shh," He said rubbing my back. It's ok, Stampy cat's here." I smiled at that and buried my face in his chest.
"Stampy what did I do?" I asked looking up at him. He held my hand.
"You defended yourself." He said brushing a stray hair out of my face.
"Do you think they're mad?" I asked.
"No, I think they understand." He said. "At least I do anyway."
"Really?"
"Of course. If Squid had said that he was going to ask you out, I would have completely went bozo on him." I laughed at that.
"I can imagine, but why?" I asked.
"Same reasons you got upset." He said rubbing his thumb on mine. I blushed and leaned up against him.
"Because I love you." I said. Then realized what I said and covered my mouth. Did I really just do that?

Stampy P.O.V.

"Because I love you." My heart skipped a beet and I looked at her. She covered her mouth. I removed her hands from her mouth and kissed her cheek. She blushed.
"I love you too." I said. She smiled and we leaned in and kissed. I wrapped my arms around her waist and she put hers hands in my hair. I just wanted to stay like this forever, just us two. Kissing on a park bench. When we pulled away I smiled and brushed another hair out of her face.
"Let's go home." I smiled and took her hand. She pouted. I laughed a little and kissed her again. "Come on Sqaish." She sighed and giggled following me home. Suddenly my phone started ringing. I forgot my phone wasn't on silent. Don't Stop Believing started playing. I turned red, but then Sqaishy imitated a rock guitar player and we both laughed so hard I couldn't pick up my phone.
"I bet if anyone turned the corner, they would think were ridicules." Sqaishy said laughing.
"Eh, as long as I'm with you, I don't care what I look like." I laughed and helped her off the ground where she fell from laughing so hard. I checked my phone to see who was calling. It was Squid.
"Who called?" Sqaishy asked leaning on my shoulder. I smiled at her.
"Squid. Can I call him back?" I asked.
"Why not?" She asked. I called him with the hand that wasn't holding on to Sqaishy's.

Squid P.O.V.

"Mate?" I said snapping Stampy out of his daydream. Suddenly he dropped his keys and ran after her.
"Go get her Stamps." I said when he was out of sight. Then turned to the girls. "Thanks Rosie, I knew they'd figure out sometime."
"No problem." Amy and Rosie said giving me a thumbs up.
"If anyone ever asks if this was planned, it wasn't." I said.
"Ok." Amy agreed.
"I'll call him in about an hour." I said. We all sat down and decided to watch a movie. Later Salem joined us and snuggled up with a blanket next to me. I laughed a little and slipped my arm around her.
