This list was assigned by facts, such as District 1. New York and California, are the most luxurious states, so they are the male and female tributes for District 1. The districts were also kind of assigned by ships, and some weren't, just because we have that power.

Yes, I know District 6 has two male tributes. JUST DEAL.

What I had planned for the ending, is that at some point, everyone makes it to the point where they each have 1 character left, ((oh my god that's gonna be so hard on me XD)) and then going from there, depends on how it goes, as people may have to leave, we'll try to get the lowest amount of people left as we can, and do the berry thing that Katniss and Peeta originally were going to do in the book/movie.

How killing works. Use PM's. If you plan on sneaking up on a character, going to attack them, let that person know via PM. It's just easier, and better that way then just flat out stabbing someone in the back with a pitchfork, unexpectedly. It's also a lot more fair, this way.

Instead of going through each district, we're starting out where the tributes are going into their pedestals, from underground, and into the area. (Which I say just go with forest because I'm lazy.)

I think I covered everything.

So, try to make the best out of this, and know that it's okay to end up crying at some point, and yes, you CAN add shipping moments. What's the point if we didn't?
