Amara's POV

Trent's revelation made us closer for the past couple of weeks I was introduced to the packs life I got used to it and I'm sure loving it.

All the confusion was cleared and now I understand why the pack wolves look at me with respect and I'm getting used to everyone calling me Luna, they never listen when I insisted to call me by my name.

Most wolves think its only a matter of time. That the ceremony will just be formality.

I admit I'm falling for Trent, who wouldn't?

Every time we're together I couldn't help but to fall more.

I've been helping him in leading the pack sometimes I play and baby sit the pack pups as well.

Last night Trent told me that I need to start training and luckily Fionna volunteered to be my partner.

Trent went out early this morning with Kirk his beta and Jacob to patrol the borders. He said that rogues are rampant these days and they needed to increase security measures for the packs safety.

I run downstairs and went straight to the kitchen while I'm preparing my sandwich Fionna entered. "Are you ready for your training Amara?" She asked me while grabbing some cookies in the fridge she and Kirk are the only ones who address me by my real name I pleaded them to, I was glad when they agreed but told me they will, not in front of the pack.

It still made me less uncomfortable, makes me feel normal.

Everyone call me Luna.

I've been training secretly in the woods practicing my angel abilities and just last week I mastered how to fly and gracefully land. I can say I am so proud of myself but I know there is more to discover and I should work double time given I'm doing it alone, no one to ask and rely on with angel trainings.

"I guess I am, hoping you'd go easy on me." I chuckled while I shove the last piece of sandwich in my mouth.

After I finished drinking my coffee Fionna and I dash out and head to the pack's training grounds.

We've been sparring for the past couple of hours and believe me when I say this girl look soft but I could say she's Ronda Rousey's evil twin when sparring, though I never sparred with Ronda.

She made me run lapses earlier and I swear I'm close to backing out, I couldn't feel my legs anymore. I didn't imagine werewolf training can be really tough, she sparred and train me as if I'm a wolf.

She tried to jab me in the ribs with her elbow and I dodged it she's getting ready to strike me again when I lost my focus seeing Trent entering the grounds I felt a sharp pain in my gut. "Oof." I tried to suck air in my lungs as I can but failed and so I kneel down involuntary she hit me on my abdomen.

"Oh my God Amara, Luna I'm so sorry." Fionna rushed to me panic and dread on her face, she tried to help me get up.

"Its okay I wasn't paying attention." I told her as I tried to stand up and regain my balance. Trent rushed to me pushing Fionna away lending me a hand.

He looked furious.

"You should have been more careful Fionna you know she is human and fragile!" He roared.

"I told you to train her not beat her up!"

"I apologize Alpha she was strong and I kinda forgot she's even mortal." Fiona said while looking down in submission.

I feel guilty towards her because it wasn't really her fault so I insisted to Trent it was really okay.

"How was patrol? I've missed you." I asked while kissing his cheeks, and ushering him out of the grounds so he'll stop scolding Fionna.

"Woah since when do I become so daring. Uhh yeah, since Trent."

He was surprised at first then grin at me and I couldn't help myself but blush. "It was okay. Ooh Amara I've missed you too sweetheart, how was training?"

"Well aside from that jab earlier how are you feeling?" He said clenching his fist.

I leaned my body on the side of his. "It was nothing, you don't need to get hyped up with it."

I'm glad he let it go.

I'm still trying to get use of him calling me endearments I feel giddy and so continue to tell him how trainings has been, how the wolves treat me and how I'm liking it in the pack, told him how tired I am now, we talk about personal and silly things while heading home.

Home.

That word surprised me I didn't imagine I'll consider it my home but I feel like wherever I am or wherever I go if Trent is with me I'm sure it will always feel like home.

I went inside my room and I showered fast, I feel beaten with all the training today so I lay in the bed and dozed off.

A smile formed my lips when I feel Trent giving me a soft peck on my forehead before leaving the room.

I wake up next morning and check on Trent, he was still sleeping. I feel like all my muscles are sore and as much as I want to sleep, I wanted to push my limits today and decided to run to the woods and practice my angel abilities, I itching to stretch my wings and have a good fly.

I found out that I could also talk to animals and influence their moods but I haven't try with people though.

As I go past the packs territory I saw a familiar falls after making sure Im alone I stretched my wings and jumped off, my wings stretched proudly as I soared high and I get overwhelmed with the same excitement and joy I feel every time I fly.

When I'm up here I discover that I can conceal my figure so no one would see me flying.

I wandered for few more hours before I land close to the same falls earlier.

I landed naturally as I was starting to walk to the path back to our territory I heard a violent crash near me and so I headed where I heard the crash.

I was surprised to see another divine creature like me, white wings with a streak of gray. A tall angel with black hair shone in front of me. He is beautiful stared at him in awe and when he noticed me assessing him he looked at me and chuckled. "My apologies for my poor landing I couldn't master it no matter how hard I try." He said with a goofy grin plastered  on his face.

I smiled at him feeling comfortable with his presence I feel relaxed around him probably because we are the same. I stretched my pure white wings as a sign of greetings, I didn't realize how I know but I feel like I needed to.

"Greetings, Im Kellan." He announced.
