back to malleus and f/n, they have fought against octavinelle, scarabia, and savanaclaw. though they were not entirely defeated, the process of repeatedly switching to different dorms was starting to get irritating and tiring.

"idia, ortho..." trailed f/n, "we have been waiting..."
malleus groaned in complete frustration as he could not bring forth more of his army of darkness, "why can't i bring out more of the darkness? you're supposed to be my followers, and yet you're completely useless! are you trying to make me look like a fool?"
as the darkness slowly seeped towards the brothers, malleus smiled, "yes, that's it... put those guys in eternal sleep! hahahaha!"
idia laughed as well, "hehehe! overblot against overblot, and a horde against a horde! go ahead, ortho. this time, make sure to push malleus completely over the edge and make him remove the magic field!"
"hm! as long as brother is here, we will never lose!" exclaimed ortho with complete excitement as he started to attack the surrounding darkness, slowly going towards malleus.
before ortho could land a hit on the prince, f/n quickly got to his defense and blocked the attack with her staff-turned-torch. "my child, i hold you dearly, but you should know i do not take attacks against my prince lightly," spoke the lady.
"are you feeling left out, nee-san? don't worry! i'll do the same to you as well!" exclaimed ortho as he summoned a beam towards the lieutenant colonel.
f/n wasted no time summoning her barrier, blocking the attack as she clicked her tongue. idia laughed, "your hp slots are starting to get red! do you two want to keep resisting? you're very stubborn."
malleus glared at the brothers, "damn gatekeepers of the underworld... why get in my way?! if you are immersed in my blessings, none of us will lose anything and none of us will be sad about it!"
"why, you ask?" questioned idia, "are you serious? since you are also a student of night raven college, you should understand, right? we are not interested in this kind of meddling and imposition of goodwill..."
idia's blue flames turned red from sheer frustration, "it is absolutely, absolutely annoying!!!" in a fit of rage, idia yelled another spell and landed a hit on both f/n and malleus, impacting f/n the most as she continued to use herself as malleus' shield.
"ah...!" hissed f/n as she felt the sizzling pain on her arms.
"heeey, malleus... i'm sure you've noticed it, haven't you? that you are not a wise king, but an evil dominator! come on! recognise reality and release us from this cage already!" yelled idia as he shot another fire attack.
f/n continued shielding malleus, taking the hit instead as she started to feel herself weaken. idia laughed, "n/n, getting tired already? i thought you're used to this?"
