Chapter Thirteen

Media: Rayla and Carmens bathroom

Rayla POV

I didn't want to ruin Carmens night by making her stay sober, but I knew that she had never drunken alcohol before and it made me nervous.

No way was I going to be drinking tonight, I had to look after her and keep a close eye.

Before I knew what was happening, Carmen was grinding on my lap.

I was enjoying this side of her and she got this sudden courage that was cracking me up.

We were smiling, dancing, and over all living it up by having a good time.

"Ladies this is Tia." Kirko lifted his glass to a short girl strutting a cute bun on top of her head.

"Heeyy." She giggled, high off of who knows what.

Carmen got up and hugged her. "Want to be my friend?" She slurred.

I was starting to get irritated at myself for letting her get messed up. My Carmen was a good girl, she didn't drink.

"Yes, here you go friend!" Tia handed Carmen two pills. "Put this is your drink to spice it up." She winked.

Carmen tossed the pills into a fresh red cup Kirko had given her.

I was on my feet in a flash, snatching the cup from her. It was bad enough she was drunk, but she was surely not going to be doing drugs on my watch.

"Time for us to go babe." I held her to my chest and dapped up Kirko. "See you around!" I smiled at him and quickly called Kaci.

"Hey, we're ready to go." I walked outside to the red carpet with my body still wrapped around Carmens. I was not letting her out of my sight for a second.

Paparazzi started snapping pictures behind the ropes while guards tried to tame them.

"What?! It's only 12:30!" Kaci replied in disbelief. "Call the limo driver to pick you two up, I'm not ready to go, the night has just begun!" She spoke to me like I was crazy.

"You sure you'll be fine by yourself?" I asked, unsure of if I should just leave Kaci.

"How do you think I managed before you arrived?" She said reminding me of the many past nights shes had like this one.

"Alright see ya later." I hung up.

...

"Drink some more." I urged Carmen, lifting a water bottle to her lips.

"Thaaaanks!" She giggled.

Carmen sat in our bath tub filled with bubbles while I stared at her sunken eyes from one of the rolling stools.

"You should get in with me." She suddenly became serious even though her words still weren't stable.

"Uh ok." I hesitated before stripping down. Carmen had never seen me naked before and her wandering eyes were making me nervous.

I had never felt this way before. I was always confident about myself but Carmen wasn't anything like any of those other girls. This felt different.

I sat infront of her and smirked at her from the complete opposite side of the wide tub.

"Oh don't be shy! I don't bite." She smiled back at me and started moving closer.

Carmen sat inbetween my legs with her back against my chest. I tried to control my breathing but my rising breaths were working against me.

"Tonight was so fun!" She giggled. "Nothing like anything I've ever experienced in my life!"

Carmen's soothing voice was causing me to just relax into the warm water.

"Did you have fun?" She turned her head to the side so that she could look at me from the corner of her eye.

"Yes." I lied. I couldn't really enjoy myself because I was too busy worrying about Carmen.

A knock on the door stopped our conversation. It was two in the morning and I didn't expect anyone to be up.

"Hello ladies!" Kaci sat on the edge of the tub holding her iPad out to us.

"Omg this is so cute!" Carmen smiled and held the iPad up for me to see.

Kirko had posted a picture of her and I dancing and smiling at each other happily, on insta. Caption said 'These two are my new favs @raymen #KirkoKickBack

Kaci then clicked on our profile @raymen and to my surprise we now had 10k followers but no photos posted.

"You guys need to post something about tonight." Kaci grabbed Carmen's phone.

She uploaded a photo of Carmen sitting on my lap while smiling down at me. The caption: 'This was a night to remember with @kirkobangz #KirkosKickback

Within 10 minutes we gained 3,000 likes and kirko was the first one to comment three heart eyes onto our photo.

"Well, you two are popular!" Kaci stared in awe at the notifications blowing up our cellphones.

Looks like Instagram will be on mute.

"Oh my god!" Kaci squealed , looking down at her iPad.

"What is it?" I asked.

"You two are on the front page of DAILYMAIL!" She jumped up and down, handing me the iPad.

It was a photo of me kissing Carmen on the cheek from when Eddy asked me to. Caption: The beautiful couple Carmen and Rayla make their first appearance at Kirkos Kickback tonight. Aren't they delicious!?'

"Delicious?" Carmen laughed. "Wow, we're celebrities." Her mouth hung open as she turned to face me.

"I know right." I laughed too at Eddy's choice of words.

In time, Kaci was gone and we lay cuddled up in the bed closest to the window.

"You know, they could really just have that other bed removed." I laughed.

"True. Because I will be taking over yours." Carmen laughed too.

We were very tired and it was now 3 a.m. before we finally kicked Kaci out.

"This is unbelievable." Carmen whispered before we both fell off to sleep.
