Lyla'S POV

I did it.
I was going on a date with the boy of my dreams!
SQUEEEEE!!!!
But something didn't seem right, like I wasn't supposed to go on this date. Then I remembered the message.
It was probably just a prank.
Or a wrong number.
Still, I didn't want to go on this date alone.
I quickly picked up my phone and opened up my conversation with Zac.

[spongebob voice] Two hours later

"Ok let me clear this up." Nixie said, frowning. "You want me to go on a double date with you and Zac."
We were sitting in the cafe, at our favorite table, where no one could hear us.
"Triple date. David said yes!" Sirena corrected.
"But who's going to be my date?" Nixie looked confused. I looked at Sirena.
"I think we both know." I said, giggling.
"Wha- oh my gosh you can't possibly be suggesting.." She said.
"Yes Nixie!" Sirena laughed.
"I am not going with Cam!"
"Oh please! You two obviously like each other and he is Zac's best friend." I replied.
"Well, ok maybe I do have a crush on him, but-"
Just then, Evie walked up to us.
"Have a crush on who?"
"No one. We have to leave now!" Nixie and Sirena shit up out of their seats and rushed out the door.
"Sorry Evie. They can act strange sometimes. I better go check on them. See you later!" I smiled at her and walked out the door.
"Ok fine I'll go." Nixie said. "But only because your my friend and its Cam."
"Yay! Group hug!" Sirena yelled.
This was going to be the most perfect date ever.
