The episode opens on a panning shot of Pentagram City. A bird is seen perched on the "Welcome to Hell" sign, grooming itself.

A second bird arrives shortly, glares at the first bird, then breathes fire at it. The scene then switches to a plaza with a big screen, where 666 News is currently airing.

"Good morning, Pentagram City!", Tom greeted. "This is Katie Killjoy.", Katie introduced.

"And I'm Tom Trench.", Tom introduced. "Bringing you the latest in Hell's hottest news. Tonight's top story: What the fuck is going on at the Hazbin Hotel?", Katie started.

The scene pans down to a puddle, with Tom Trench faintly reflected on its surface, before someone steps through it. The scene follows an anglerfish sinner's lure to a storefront TV display where a crowd is watching the news.

Katie and Tom can be seen with a crude drawing of Charlie decapitating an Exorcist. "That's right, Katie. It's been a while since Heaven attacked Hell, and Charlie Morningstar and the Hazbin Hotel brutally slaughtered the invading angels and kinda-sorta saved us from the Extermination.", Tom said, sounding surprised at the end.

"In semi-related news, it's seems Glacia Frostwraith and Lucifer Morningstar have FINALLY gotten together. How sweet.", Tom continued sarcastically, as a crude drawing of the two sucking face is shown. Katie proceeded to kick Tom out of frame.

"When you're done sucking toes, Tom, I'd like to remind you that Heaven still hasn't made their next move.", Katie reported. As Tom climbs back into frame, Katie crushes his hand with her fist and he falls again.

The scene cuts to the studio where the broadcast is being filmed. Tom climbs back up and bandages his hand.

"Are they coming back for revenge, or is this yearly nightmare finally over?", Katie asked. "Both Morningstar and Frostwraith has declined to come on the show to comment.", Tom said, and then fake coughed.

"Pussies.", Tom continued. "But we will keep asking until we break them. Because the world needs to know, Tom.", Katie said, grabbing Tom by the collar and dragging him closer.

"Will they stop at angels?", Katie asked, rheticorally, before letting go of him. "Are you next?", Katie asked, pointing at the camera.

She pulls up a quieve and a cat. "Is your dog or cat next?", Katie asked, throwing them at Tom, where they immediately attack him.

The camera zooms in on Katie while Tom is mauled by the animals. "Will their bloodlust ever be satisfied?", Katie asked.

The scene zooms out to show the studio, while Tom throws the animals away and limply leans against the desk. "Who's at the top of Charlie Morningstar's and the Snow Siren's hit list? Maybe it's ME!", Katie asked.

The camera zooms in on Katie's face to show her eyes glowing in exaggerated fear. Tom flinched at Katie obviously freaking before Katie returned to her normal self.

"This segment brought to you by...", Katie started. "VoxTek! "Trust us with your everything!"", Katie and Tom recited together.

The scene fades to the new Hazbin Hotel, where a crowd of sinners are gathering. "This'll be great. I'm looking forward to getting in here and fucking up some angels.", a hotel guest said.

"I love murder. I can't wait to kill some angels.", another one said. Panning shot of the lobby filled with sinners.

KeeKee flies overhead. The scene cuts to Razzle carrying a suitcase while Lucifer walks down the staircase in a bathrobe, duck slippers, and hair curlers, brushing his teeth.

Alastor stands at the top of the stairs. His staff has been crudely fixed with glowing green stitches that spark with electricity.

Alastor glares at it before glaring at the crowd. Cut to Vaggie at the reception desk registering a guest.
