The episode opens on a close-up of Sir Pentious, who suddenly arrived in Heaven after his supposed death by Adam during the Extermination in Hell. "Well, this is quite the warm welcome.", Sir Pentious remarked, nervously as his hat's eye was tearing up.
Cuts to Sir Pentious now standing in the center of Heaven's courtroom, chaos was ensuing. "Sera, what do you plan on doing with this?", an angel asked.
"Nothing like this has happened before!", another angel said. "We shouldn't be worried about this! We should be making things right! We need to make things right! We need to go down and talk to Charlie!", Emily yelled out.
Lute was seen sitting down, gripping her arms. "Agreed. My daughter and her charge need to be part of this discussion. Gloria has been working with Charlie for years—they deserve to know about this.", Veronica added.
"What is the meaning of this, Sera?", an one eyed angel asked. "You commanded an Extermination of Hell, and you kept it from us? How long has this been going on?", a bird like angel demanded.
A dark skinned angel stood next to Veronica. She had short black hair, her eyes were obscured by a white blindfold.
She wore a white dress with long sleeves with pretty ribbons. Symbols covered the bottom of her dress in brown.
She wore white lace tights and white thigh high boots. This was Amani, Veronica's second in command.

"Since Lilith became Queen of Hell. Approximately ten thousand years, give or take a century.", Amani answered literally. The angels erupted into louder, more agitated comments.
Veronica closed her eyes briefly, as if pained by the chaos. "And Sera kept it from all of us. How convenient.", the water angel muttered.
Cut to a lower close-up of Sera's face. Sera is shown sweating when the angels confronted her.
"The exterminations have always been wrong! We bear some of that responsibility.", Emily admitted. "Some more than others.", Veronica snarked.
Sera's eyes flicked to Veronica, narrowing slightly at her comment. "Now the demons have managed to kill the leader of our army? What if Hell wants vengeance on us now?", a ribbon angel asked, worried.
"Will the Morningstar return?", a masked angel asked. "Well— what— what was it? I don't... Adam? But dead? Should be— I don't know, really.", a crazed angel babbled, fearfully.
"A sinner has made it to Heaven? How is this possible?", a lanky angel questioned. "Was this redemption?", a one-eyed angel asked.
"That's exactly what it is! This is redemption in its purest form.", Veronica exclaimed. "You told us that souls were decided, that nothing could change that. We trusted your word that this could never happen.", one angel pointed out to Sera.
"It can't!", Sera said, puffing her wings out with a blue light. "You, demon. How did you get here?", Sera demanded.
"I, um... I-I-I don't—", Sir Pentious stammered, tearing up. "How did you get here?! You had to have forced your way in. Was it the Morningstar? How did you get past the gate?", Sera demanded.
