60. A Surprise Sketch

Raven's POV 

"Hey babe?" I said. "Yea?" Eli resonded from his place behind the pc in the nest. "Do you want to see the drawing I just did?"  Eli practically threw his headphones of his head and made a little run towards me, making me laugh loudly. "Yes, please show. I love seeing your drawings." I chuckle lightly and show him my sketchbook. He takes it from me and admired the silly giraffe with attitude that I had drawn. He chuckled lightly, "I like it, the attitude really comes through very well and I love that. It's face is so funny." He comments on it. I chuckle lightly and smile at him.

"Want to see more?" He nods enthousiastically and I tell him to flip through the pages a bit. Eli looks at every. single. sketch in awe and I can't help but blush again. He loves every picture, laughs at the funny ones and is amazed by the people I've drawn. "You did Michelle so well, wow. Her curls really pop." I smile. "They do, don't they?" 

"Can I see more, I know you have more in your room. You have so many sketchbooks there." I smile and tell him to wait a minute. I quickly went to my room and got the sketchbooks with my favourite drawings I've done. "Here take a look at these if you want!" I say, now excited that I get to share this with someone I love, even though I had chosen not to share it before. 

"What made you switch from not showing anything, to now showing me all of it." Eli asked suddenly, flicking through another sketchbook. "Probably the way you had reacted last week, it made me feel even better about my sketches. Plus you looked so excited that you finally actually got to see what I draw," I explain, "And I might have a big surprise for the team but I want your opinion on it." Eli's eyes light up. "Oooh show me. Show me. Show me. Show me. Pleaseee." "Oh no no no, I'm not going to show you. I just want to know if you think they'd apreciate something like this." I pointed towards the sketch Judah he had in front of him. "You mean sketches of them sitting around being concentrated on," Eli looked at the sketch again. "eating carrots?" "Yes and no. I have the base of a sketch, the arxis room. You know? And I have everyone in there doing something they would usually do. For example M&M still being awkward, Judah running after Rosco while also sending deathglares at Phineas who is talking to Shiloh. And so on everyone has a role in the picture. Do you think they'd like that?" Elijah looks at me lovingly. "I think they'd all love anything you put effort in, honestly. And I know they'd love this."

"Are you sure? Cause if they don't I have this other, already finished drawing with everyone just standing next to or in front of eachother smiling at the 'camera'" Eli puts his hands on my shoulders. "Sweety. They'd aboslutely love both of them, just because you put time and effort in them. The fact that they're most certainly absolutely drop-dead gorgeous is just a plus."

~2 weeks later at dinner~

"Uhm guys, I have a surprise for you all." I say when everyone has just finished their dessert. Ears perk up and eyes shoot to me. "What is it honey?" My mother asks. "Well first I just wanna say a few things. I just want to thank you all for saving me and accepting me when we just met, then saving me again and again and again." I chuckle. "You guys brought me back to my mother and helped me through that awfull journey of healing. So I made this, It's one big drawing for everyone together, do with it what you want. And I also made everyone a personal one." I handed the bigger drawing to Shiloh, who looked a bit confused. She unrolled the drawing and there it was. Everyone being chaotic in the arxis room, just like it always is. Judah yellep excitedly when he opened his personal drawing. "It's me! With carrots!" I smile, I had drawn everyone a picture that was just them with their favourite thing. Another example would be Michelle with Micah or the other way around. For Josiah I had drawn him with his favourite invention he had made. And for Sarah and Evelyn? I made big family picture. They all seemed to love their personal ones, luckily taking some attention of the big one. I chuckled nervously. "You drew this?" Shiloh asks, who hadn't even looked at her personal thing yet. I smile and nod. "This is amazing, you drew everyone! In a dynamic that fits everyones energy. My brothers giving Phineas deathglares while also doing other things. These two being so awkward you would belive they're in a relationship. Judah chasing Rosco.  And the choas! It fits us all!" Now all the attention is on the big drawing. I smile "I try." "TRy?! Girl this is amazing. I think we should frame it and hang it up." Patience exclaims. Now I'm full on blushing. 

"And done! It looks amaing here, in the nest." Eli says, he had just hung up the drawing. I smile, happy to see they were very happy with my gift. "I told you they'd love it." I chuckle and kiss him. "You did, didn't you."

(A/N FINALLY A NEW CHAPTER, GIRL IT TOOK A WHILE. I'm sorry okay. I've been busy as fuck with the holiday coming up and guess what?! ANOTHER FUCKING TESTWEEK. Fucking hell, that thing starts on the 10th and I have to start stuyding now or I won't pass all 10 OF THOSE FUCKING TEST. I'm so done with school.
