I hope this makes up for the lack of updating I have done. I haven't been in the mood to write. Anyhootles, forgive my spelling/grammar mistakes and Enjoy~CitrusFlareon

I grunted and sat up, rising from the fine sand beneath me and looking over to the still sleeping Ian. I decided to get up and go scavenge the beach for anything that could be of use.

It doesn't look like anyone has walked on this beach for sometime. There are a few footprints, none human though. Seaweed is strung around the beach as well as one of our towels. I went and picked it up so it could be used as some type of resource.

"Huh? What's this?" I said to myself when I saw something poking out from under where the towel was. I pulled on it and it came out easier than I expected, the force I used to pull was a little much and I fell back onto the sand with a thud. I examined what I found, it's one of our bags! That means food! I should get back to Ian and see how he's doing. I hope he's still sleeping, I don't want to worry him again.

"Hey, Ian!" I called when I arrived back at the place we had awoken seeing that he was sitting in the sand digging a hole with his finger and his other hand propping up his head. He looked over to me and smiled.

"Hey! I thought you left me here on my own and went to civilization without me." He sat up strait and tilted his head to the right a little.

"I wouldn't do that to you man, you saved my life I can't just leave you." I walked over to him and dropped down in front of him. "Guess what I found on the beach." I smiled and pulled the bag out from behind me.

"Dude! This is great let me see it!" He snatched the bag from me like a child on Christmas morning. He started pulling many items we had brought and tossed them on the ground to get a better look at what was left.

We have a bagged sandwich, a few bottles of water, wet cloths, a useable lighter, a pocket knife, and a banana. That was all that survived the crash. It's a lot, but not enough if we're stranded. We cut the banana and the sandwich in half so we could eat and drank some water.

"We should go look for some people, I don't like feeling like we're the only ones on this entire island..." I said and took a sip of my water.

"I don't either, lets gather our things and walk the beach. If we're lucky it should bring us to people." I shoved the remaining items into the bag and we started walking in silence.

It was about the afternoon now and was very warm out even with the sea breeze. On the bright side of things I'm finally away from Kallel and with Ian. I was trailing behind him lost in thought and when I looked up I could see him looking at me every so often. It was comforting in a way but I was still uneasy about being here.

"Wh-what was that?!" Ian backed to the ocean a bit away from the lush jungle to our left that was lining the beach. "I-I just heard something, Ant. I just fucking heard something growl at me!" I rushed to his side and peered into the dense jungle.

"It's going to be alright Ian, it's probably nothing. Come, we have to get moving if we want to get home anytime soon." I tugged at his arm to rip his gaze from the bushes. I did see two glowing yellow beams looking at us but I didn't want to alarm him. Whatever it was I want to get as far away from it a possible. We walked for the day but eventually we made it back to our place of arrival and Ian sighed. We must have walked well over 10 miles. We are alone here. No sign of humans here, sure a few animal tracks but that's about it.

"It's hopeless Anthony, we're stuck here. No one will look for us, and we sure as hell aren't swimming off of here." He sighed and collapsed onto the ground. I did the same and looked at his sad, thought filled eyes.

"Look, I'm sure the boat guy is looking for the boat and if it has a tracker they'll find that it has sunken in the storm. We may have a chance to get off this island, don't count us out yet. Okay? Tomorrow we'll go into the jungle and look for food and water so we don't starve. Maybe there is some resources in there that we can use to our advantage." He nodded and smiled a bit at my comforting words. I sure hope it helped. Honestly I don't believe we're getting out of here but I don't want Ian to worry too much.

We placed the towel on the sand and put on the now dry shirts that were in the bag so we don't get too sunburnt from being in direct sunlight in the morning or tomorrow. We went to sleep but it was oddly cold and I could feel Ian start to shiver for the towel was shaking. I hesitantly moved closer and wrapped my arms around him and he jumped at my actions.

"Dude what the fuck are you doing?!" Ian shouted and pulled away from me.

"It's cold... and I just thought that we could keep each other warm. Sorry." I blushed, thankfully it was too dark for him to see it. I turned away emberrased but to my suprise felt him wrap his arms around my shivering body and his warmth felt so nice. I was feeling another feeling but I don't know what it is. Oh well.

"You're right, but remember. This is just to keep warm." He said and chuckled a bit, I felt the warm air on my neck and his breathing slowed a bit. He fell asleep. Not long after I did too.

"Anthony!" Ian was whispering and shaking me awake.

"Huh? What is it Ian?" I sat up still tired.

"There's... something in the bushes. I think it's watching us.." Ian was looking into the bushes behind where we were sleeping and sure enough, the same pair of glowing beams were staring directly at us. Stalking us. I could hear shallow muffled breathing and a snarl. The bushes shuffled, is it coming out?
