Chapter 8 : The New Sidekick

{ Kaito's P.O.V. }

After a while, she still sticking with me, grab tightly my shirt , not letting it go. I inhale some oxygen before looked at her again. '' Still not let it go are you? '' I asked, pinched my head, starting hurt of some reason. She nodded hardly and hold my leg out of blue. She must be kidding me! I tried to avoid it but her grap was so strong. '' I am not let it go! Until you agree take me with you! '' she exclaimed, doing the pity face, hoping I will agree. '' Lady, my job is way too dangerous for you. So, could you excuse me? '' I said, tried to escaped from the grip. And I success! But it's not i made it out, it's her, she letting the grip off,avoided the eye contact. I don't know why i felt bad inside, plus she's a girl. '' Go then, '' she said, standing up, dust away the dirts on her shirt. '' Where are you going lady, '' I asked, suddenly worry about her. She turned and our gazed met. '' Anywhere and I believe that someone who's not heartless will help me out,''she said and start walking. '' He... Hey, '' I called but she's not listening. Fine, now she's gone, the burden gone, so now I can continue my journey, peacefully. I then walked, walked away from there but, a familiar voice shouting, calling for help. I let out a deep sigh before rushing to get her.

{ Yuki's P.O.V }

This man is way too cold. Too mean! I kept on begging him but he didn't listen it. I thought that in Tokugawa Period, the man are all polite and gentleman. But, i was wrong, all man are juat the same, heartless. I kept walking and walking without decided where to go. I just follow my footsteps and where it's stop, that's will be my 'destiny'.
'' I don't think so, '' Suddenly I heard someone chit chatting behind the big trees, finally, i found someone to ask where to go, although i don't even know where to go. I slowly approached them and I felt someone grabbing my waist. '' Going somewhere pretty? '' the voice of boy startled me out. I struggled to get out from the grib but it's way toohard for me. I tried to scream help hoping he will heard it. '' Keep shouting! No one is here! '' the boy laughed hardly. '' Let me go, you cunt! '' I yelled. The boys laugh hardly and looked at me, lust in their eyes which making me scared abd goosebumps. '' Let me try it first, '' the boy said while looking at the other and stare at me, licking his lip. When he tried to touch my face, I stepped hardly on the boy who grabbed my body hardly as I can and as he loosen the grip, I gather my fist and punched it straight on that boy's face. I quickly run, run as fast I can until i bumped into someone. I'm dead..... That's the only thing that I can think on my mind now. Close my eyes and trying to protect myself from them. '' Get that bitch! '' I heard the boy's voice, shouting. '' Stand behind me, '' a familiar voice said to me. I opened my eyes and looked at it, to confirm if that is him, - the - heartless - guy - and I was right. I quickly get myself up and hide behind him. '' Step aside kiddo! '' the boy said, and pushed the - heartless - guy aside, but it's failed. The - heartless - guy - grabs his hand and throw the boy away and started give the other some punch.
'' Who's kiddo now huh? '' '' better get your knees off from here before you get killed! '' the - heartless - guy said to them, making them quickly set up their knees on and get themselves out from there. I was amazed by that guy's defence skill! He's master! Even better than Jenn.
'' Are you alright lady? '' the - heartless - guy- asked me. '' of course I'm alright! Thanks for help me out from those people, '' I said, trying to figure out how to seduce the heartless guy to accept me followed him. '' I think you should follow me, it's dangerous out here, '' he said, which making me surprised. He avoid our eyes contacting and walked. I tired my best to catch him up and hold him for a second, to ask him, confirmed if were he just said was true. '' Yes, if you keep on asking me, I'll definitely will kick off you. Don't think that i don't dare to kick you just because of you're a lady. '' he said. Yeah yeah what ever. At last, he agreed take me with him. '' Okay! '' I said, with a big bright smile on my lip. '' And, my name are not lady, I'm Kurosaki Yuki. Just call me Yuki.'' I said, while helping him with some packs. He just nodded, and continue walking. Tsk... What a heartless guy! I stuck my tongue out, behind him and continue walking with that guy.

We both had be walking around 2 hours maybe and I'm started getting tired and hungry, of course. I haven't eat anything since I came to this weird world, well it's not weird, juat travel back to Tokugawa period. Silly me.

Grollll...... Grollll....

My stomach growling, and I held my stomach hardly. Suddenly, the - heartless -guy - turn to me, looked weirdly at me before giggled. '' Hungry aren't you? '' he said, looked at me, still giggling. I didn't replied him, embarrassed of course and the most I've been thinking is I'm run out of money, well i have money in my pocket now but it's not valuable here. '' Oiii lady.. I mean Yuki, you hungry right? '' he asked again, stopped his steps and turn, facing me. I quickly stop my steps too, and avoiding his gazes. '' if you not talking again, I'll take that as you're not hungry, '' he said, his lips twisted into a smirk. '' I'm hungry! '' i said, desperately. He was shocked but later he burst into laughter as he saw my silly action. '' Okay, later, we'll see a village and stop by at there. '' he said. '' and we have to buy you a new clothes '' he adds while looking up and down at me. I look at myself. He's right. I have to buy new cloth but... I looked at him, with blinking eyes. He walked back, sense something bad will happen at him. '' Wh... What with those blinking eyes? '' he said, stuttered. I giggled as I saw his face, if i have camera with me now, i definitely will take some pictures of him. DENFINETLY! '' Actually, I..... Don't have any money, '' i said, feeling a little bad as i said to him. '' Just that? '' he asked, looks at me, with the shook face. '' What do you mean by that? '' i asked back. He smiled and messed up my hair. '' No worries, I'll buy it for you '' he said which making me jumped in happiness. '' But..... '' he said, smirked again on his face shown up. I stop jumping and looked at him. '' Nothing is free in this world, you have to pay by be my slave. '' he said,with the evil sparkle eyes. My jaw drop, but I can't refused it. I nodded weakly. '' Good, don't worry, I'll treat you better '' he said, making me worry about later.

{Kaito's P.O.V }

Finally we arrived at a village. I looked at her, she surely hungry right now. We then stop by a stall and order some food to eat. After done eating, we both went to a cloth stall and buy her a new cloth. I do realise that many people looking at her, especially on her weird cloth. Well, I admit that I also wondering why she wearing that kind of cloth.

'' How about this? '' she asked while show me the yellow and flower pattern style. I looked at it and shook. '' No? '' she then choose again. I take a look at the clothes and there's one that catch my attention, the soft blue colour and some wave patterns on it. I took it show to her, might she will love it? '' Wow! That's really pretty! '' she smiled and took it from me. I cleared my throat and smiled proudly. '' I'm expert '' i said. She bursts in laugh and I stare at her. She controlled the laughter and rubs her back neck. '' I think I better get change '' she said and went in.
