New Beginnings

Chapter 4

Peter's POV:
I woke up to the worst dream this morning about Ari. Everyone I knew was dead all around me then when I looked up Ari was there holding my girlfriend Shanelle saying
"You abandoned me when I needed you most and now I'm being what you said, a killer."
Just then Shanelle dropped to the floor and laid motionless. Then she started running at me and just before she could touch me, I woke up. I keep telling myself she's gone in some foster care somewhere and I'll never have to see her again, but this time the little worry that she would come back was stronger than ever.
Shanelle gets in the car as I pick her up and take her to school as always. Then she asked me How I slept the night before knowing that I have been having bad dreams, but to keep her from worrying I tell her that I slept well. My first hour went by quickly so u went by my locker, grabbed my books, and headed to Spanish. Just as I was about to reach the door, I saw her, Ari standing right there to Ashley. Just as I thought I could slip away she looked right at me, before I could think a anything I dropped my books and ran, faster than ever, I didn't know where I was going but I was getting out of here and fast.
Aria's POV:
He was a lot faster than he used to be but so was I so it didn't take much to keep up with him. Lucky for me he was still as clumsy as I left him so when he tripped on a rug it helped me catch up with him.
"Why are you here, get away!" He said frantically.
"Finally got a good foster parent."
"So what did you just kill the rest?"
"What did you just say!"
Did you kill them like you killed your own dad?"
That definitely deserved a good slap to the face but was interrupted by him saying
"I wouldn't do that."
"Why shouldn't I, please amuse me Peter?"
"Because I could tell your secret to the whole school."
