Aria's POV:
Ashley went home to get some sleep, she had done so much for me already. Me and Theo sat with my dad while he explained to us what happened to mom.
"I was going to fix dinner so your mother and I could eat. She said she felt a little sick but I didn't think it was anything serious. The doctor said we should have seen signs earlier along, I just don't know what to do, Ari," my father explained to me in a sad tired voice that perfectly explained his mood.
Mom's surgery has been going for hours, Theo told dad that he should get some well needed rest while we sat in the waiting room. As he finally decided he was going to get some sleep as the doctor came out. I'd seen the look he wore, dreadful and tired.
"She is asleep in her room if you would like to see her. The surgery was a success but she will be on medication and rehabilitation until further notice," the doctor explained to us.
"If she is doing well may I be able to take her to lunch for our anniversary?" My dad asked.
"It is possible," the doctor said as he left the room.
"Okay what are we standing here for, I want to see mom!" I said as we all rushed to her room.
