Ruth decides to spend the night with Dale, she informs his Father, Commander was busy with guests and other responsibilities and he was very comfortable with Dale and Ruth's friendship.
Ruth and Dale talked about random things and planned their whole Sunday till the ceremony. Dale will attend the Game with a mask and full clothes so no one notices the face. But the ceremony with an open face. They decided to reach the ceremony at dinner time, congratulate Cody and leave the ceremony after dinner. If they need to escalate this issue they can do that easily if people have seen injuries.
Dale falls asleep on bed while talking, Ruth notices Dale is not responding so she also sleeps on the sofa.
Cody reached home, he entered his room by the window, his attire was not very pleasant so he decided to avoid people. He took a shower and decided to go to sleep. He needs to wake up early. Cody was lying on the bed but sleep never came, in his mind he was thinking about Dale, he never wanted to hurt him, he was feeling so bad. He decided if everything goes back to normal after the ceremony then he will say sorry to Dale and end this and if he still feels urges then he will talk to him and elders about it. He wants a solution for this. This mind was so full with guilt that it's never touched that he is one day apart to become alpha and he will find his Mate very soon.
Morning came early for both of them. Cody wakes up with a knock on the door of Alpha, he immediately opens the door. Alpha in a hurry gets ready in 10 minutes. We need to reach the temple in 15 minutes. Dale wakes up with Ruth's alarm, she has a football match to play.
As planned, Dale comes on the ground fully covered and sits in the corner; he generally cheers Ruth with full joy and potential.
Cody was busy full day with the rituals. After the morning ritual he greeted all the elders from the pack and guests. After that he had lunch with all honorable people.
The football match was like war and Ruth was crushing it, Chris was shocked with Ruth's performance. Ruth is always very fierce and aggressive on the field but today was different. Ruth's team won with no doubt.
After the match Dale and Ruth had lunch at a Pack house, like every parent Dale's parents were also attending guests and helping for the ceremony so no lunch at home.
After lunch they roam around walking, Cody seated on stage greeting everyone first all from another pack came and greeted and gave gifts. Then people from the pack started, all the girls were first in the line before their 18th birthday they cannot know but he can so they all wanted that tag, and Cody is a handsome muscular man.
No girls had luck, then the rest of the crowd started coming. Commander noticed Ruth missing, he called Ruth and asked come fast very few people remain.
Dale and Ruth showed up. Dale removed his hoody so people can see, first both went to commander to greet but hidden motive to show injuries, commander asked Dale about injuries but they act like hurried and went to greet Cody.
When Cody saw Dale without any mask he got scared, in no time Ruth and Dale reached the stage to greet. First Ruth offered her hand, then Dale, Cody held hand first casually and he realised this touch he was finding whole night this his "Mate". He wanted to tell him to cover his face and all but all words stuck in his mouth, he stuck in that moment. He wanted to go on his knee and apologise for the past and asked to accept him as mate but nothing was coming out of his mouth. Dale forcefully takes back his hand.
Dale and Ruth Left hall as soon as possible. Cody was there with the body but his mind was preparing for the next move. He has assaulted his mate so many times this possibility never touched his mind and now he doesn't know how to do things right.
Dale went to his home and Ruth back to her, they decided to talk with Michael first thing in the morning. They will leave early for school and ask Michael to meet outside School.
Michael and F4 wanted to celebrate this Alpha ceremony but Cody denied "not feeling well" so everyone went home early.
