NO POV:

Inside the conference room, Aleis-tan can be seen sitting down, having a meeting with the current prime minister of Japan, as well as members of the cabinet, who had all agreed to stay silent and let the prime minister talk...for now.

Prime Minister:"We've all agreed for the independence of Kuoh from Japan. You are officially the new head of Kuoh's government.

Aleis-tan:"And the announcement will be made 3 days from now, as we agreed?" She asked as the Prime Minister nodded.

Prime Minister:"...Yes. I assume you have your own cabinet at the ready?"

Aleis-tan:"You could say that. However, I have a different plan to discuss with you...I want us to have an agreement. Offer me fundings and in exchange, we share some of our...successful experiments."

Cabinet Member:"You Litt-"

Prime Minister:"Stand down!" They warned the member. "I'm sorry, but what can you offer to us?"

Aleis-tan:"Simple. You've seen what "my" science can do. The appearance of almost supernatural individuals able to control certain concepts in science..." She puts on a slide show of Y/n and Kakine.

The prime minister wanted Aleis-tan to offer the secrets of this...method of experimentation. After all, just 2 of them was a threat to an entire city, let alone many more.

However, the prime minister knew that it'd be too valuable of a research to just simply ask for simple funding.

Aleis-tan:"...And, I assure you, thanks to these experiments, we have also developed our technology that we've advanced for...10 years as of we are now. So...an offer."

Prime Minister:"What?"

Aleis-tan:"We provide Japan the blueprints, technology and sciences made 2 years ago in exchange of funding." She said, sounding outrageous.

Prime Minister:"2 years ago? You do realize that's a bit outdated?"

Aleis-tan:"However, this very same barrier, missle protection field, and robots were all made 4 years ago. Much more advanced even if they are...outdated as you say."

Not gonna lie, just the blueprints alone was quite the deal. It's be used as a basis and can give way to use it as a stepping stone to also research and advance their own technology.

Prime Minister:"Fine. We accept. But with every fund we send out, we will need a rundown on what the funds will be used for."

Aleis-tan:"Can be arranged. Now, the contract..."
