THE SKY WAS.... well. Stormy. And, well, Grover was at an abandoned island.
Last year, Grover had gotten the license to search for pan, and like I mentioned before, it was like Grover and Percy were using telepathy to communicate with each other.
Anyways, Grover was walking around, he walked through the bushes until he found a skeleton, holding a reed pipes. Grover crouched down as he looked at it, as if inspecting it closely.
His hands instinctively shifted to his bag, taking a hand sanitizer out as he sprayed on the reed pipes, "Gross." He murmured to himself.
Mind you, the grass around them were like almost wilted, if that's even possible. Grover took the instrument from the Skelton as he stepped back, slowly taking it over to his mouth as he played a tune.
The wilted grass around him curved, as if Grover somehow had gotten the ability to control nature. Fair enough, he was a satyr anyways.
"Off!" Grover heard a woman yell, "Get off of me!" She snapped, shoving the grass aside as she stepped away from it, pushing it back, holding her bow and arrow.
She had short ginger hair, green, or maybe blue coloured eyes as she looked back, more people following her.
"Ali?" Grover called out, as if surprised, "Alison Simms? Is that you? What are you doing here? Campers aren't allowed to search for Pan." He commented, still holding the reed pipes in his hands.
Alison looked back at Grover, her gaze as if she seemed to recognise the satyr, "We aren't campers, anymore, Grover." She stated, stepping closer to him.
"We just want to see what you've found." She added with a shrug. She looked at the reed pipes before she reached out, plucking a string, or maybe a white coloured hair.
"Where's the rest of it?" She asked, looking at Grover.
Grover looked really dumbfounded, "Rest... of what?" He asked.
Alison rolled her eyes, "Another dead end," She sighed, looking up at her 'friends' as she clutched her hands into her fists, "Luke's not going to be happy." She spoke, taking a deep breath."
"Wait... Luke?" Grover asked, looking back at Alison, Alison turned to Grover, now her and the other's arrows pointed towards Grover, "What does Luke want with Pan? Are you guys a part of Luke's rebellion?" He asked, taking a step back as he raised his arms up like a surrender.
Alison let out a quiet scoff, "You've seen too much." She whispered, looking up at Grover before she was about to shoot him, but Grover played a tune, distracting Luke's rebellion group as he began to run away, accidentally running towards the beachside.
The group followed as they witnessed this.
A long, octopus's testicle swinging out, as if searching for something. It wrapped the end of its testicle around Grover's waist, as it began dragging Grover into the water.
And it did.
WITH a thud, Percy fell on the floor, that's how his mornings seem to be happening now, a dream of Grover getting pressured into marriage, or this.
He grunted, getting off the ground as he pushing the cover tangled around his leg on the bed again, he was about to make his way towards the bathroom, before he paused.
And his gaze lingered.
On the very specific girl he had captured a photo off since their date, before she ghosted him of course.
There she was, looking at the movie, "Princess and the frog" as if her life depended on it, and honestly, if demigods were allowed to have cellphones, of course he would've spammed the hell out of Erika.
But, of course, he didn't even know why she began ghosting him, not even sure why she decided to end things without talking to him first.
Percy's hand reached out, as if to secure the photo on his mirror before he began to get ready.
And then, after getting a speech from Sally, and a kid she kind of adopted, Tyson, who only seemed to have one eye in the middle, before they just left.
Sally met Tyson while volunteering at a homeless shelter. They knew he was a cyclops, so she just let him stay with them.
Tyson seemed big- he was big. Taller, and if he had two eyes, he would've been considered an human being and an Adult.
So, Tyson and Percy were talking as they began to make their way to their school, before a car drove crazily towards them, which made Tyson, in order to protect Percy, and carry him over his shoulders.
"Gray sisters?" Tyson read out through his one eye- the mist. It made it seem like Tyson was an adult with two eyes.
Of course people who can see through the mist could see the truth. The door flung open as Percy tapped on Tyson's shoulders.
"Okay, put me down, Big Guy." Percy spoke, gently still tapping Tyson's shoulder.
"He said put. him. Down." A firm, familiar voice spoke, as Annabeth took off her invisibility cap, holding a dagger against Tyson.
"Annabeth? What are you..." Percy asked as Tyson clutched his fists, as if ready to fight.
"Woah, Tyson, both of you stop." Percy spoke, looking at the two.
"Wait a minute. You know this Cyclops?" Annabeth spoke, curiousity evident in her tone, but she tried to hide it behind her toughness.
"It's okay, put me down," Percy spoke to Tyson, his voice a lot softer as Tyson reluctantly placed Percy on his feet again.
"You're Annabeth," Tyson spoke. It wasn't a question but a statement, "Percy talks about your friend, Erika all the time." He continued.
"Tyson." Percy stopped, looking up at Tyson awkwardly.
"You look at Erika's picture all the time, right?" Tyson asked, looking down at Percy.
Percy glanced at Annabeth's confused expression to Tyson, and then back to Annabeth again, "I, uh, I thought you were in Virginia with your dad," Percy spoke, stepping closer, "What's going on?"
"You didn't have the dream?" Annabeth asked, looking up at him.
