THE TWO KIDS STARED AT THE PAPER before they felt something, "RUN!" Annabeth demanded, and they began to run, not looking back, but they knew what was happening.

Bunch of fireballs were behind tossed at the road, as if an attempt to kill the three as they used all of their strength to run— taking a shortcut through the woods.

Percy somehow tripped, and before he could stand up, he felt a fireball about to hit him. "Tyson, NO!" He screamed as Tyson stepped in front of him.

Percy panted as he looks at the boy standing crouching in front of him, okay even though he was fit by a fireball.

"What." Percy spoke to himself, scared shitless. How rude, Perseus, this is why Erika dumped you.

"Cyclops are immune to fire, he'll be fine. Let's GO!" Annabeth demanded, looking at Percy and Tyson as she just wanted him to get up and leave to the camp.

The two boys got up as they began to run again. Tyson wasn't able to cross the border, And Percy took his riptide out, as if ready to defend Tyson.

Annabeth looked baffled as she took out her dagger, placing it towards the border, she said, "I, Annabeth Chase, give you permission to enter camp!" She said.

Tyson was hesitant, but one of the monsters jumped on Tyson, getting past the border as he kicked Tyson away. Laughing as he looked around, "I got in, y,all!" He cheered.

The other monsters tried to get in, but due to the border, they fell back.

The monster looked back at Annabeth and Percy, taking up his bat, as he was ready to hit the two, he held his bat over his head.

Percy instinctively shielded Annabeth by his riptide, that was before a bat with nails digged into it got slapped against the monster's head, making him disappear into ashes as it was revealed, Erika, looking at the two as if she was, well, pissed. She let her object go, making it evaporate as she walked in between of the two, silently walking past them as the campers walked up, looking at the three.

"Hey, Erika." Percy said as she walked past.

"Shut up, doofus." Erika scoffed.

The other two monsters began to run away as Clarisse spoke up, "Stand down." She said, taking a shield as she walked past the two again.

"Hey, Clarisse." Percy greeted

"Shut up, Jackson." Clarisse snarked, getting her spear out.

"Oh, you fixed your spear." Percy spoke, looking at the spear he had broken while fighting the quote of quote, 'love of his life'

"Don't, Even." Clarisse warned, "What are you two doing out here? All non-combatants are to shelter in their cabins during monster attacks. We will not be taking the blame for your dumb deaths. Clear the fields and let the warriors work." Clarisse began to walk away.

WHATEVER, MAN, after a few minutes, someone called Tyson out.

"Cyclops! Twelve o'clock." Clarisse began to speak as her team headed towards the three, no Erika now, interesting.

"He's a friend." Percy defended, stepping away from Thalia the tree as he stepped in front of Clarisse and her marching team.

"It's inside our boundary." Clarisse spoke, looking back at Percy, "Step aside."

"He has permission." Percy continued.

"From who?"

"From me." Annabeth spoke up.

"Does Camp still stand?" A man spoke as he also marched towards them, Clarisse and her group stood to the side, like soldiers.

"Camp stands strong." Clarisse spoke as that man, dressed in all black, stormed towards the three.

Percy gave Annabeth a look. The same guy they saw before Percy got accused of being Annabeth's boyfriend.

"So waking me up," The man spoke, looking at the two teenagers, "was not necessary."

"So sorry, my lord," Another old ahh camper spoke, standing behind this man, "Any casualties?"

"Not on our side," Clarisse informed, "We do have wounded though, being treated by the--" she was sharply cut off by this man stabbing his spear onto the ground, stopping her from talking.

"What's important now, is to identify who is responsible and how to punish them."

Percy stepped forward, "It was Luke," He spoke, "He led the giants right to this spot. They were a distraction while he poisoned..."

"You," The man spoke, pointing towards Percy, "No, I know you." He reassured himself, keeping a finger pointed towards Percy, "Who are you?"

"That's Percy Jackson, my lord." The man behind him whispered.

"Ah, yes. Son of Poseidon. I've heard all about you." The lord spoke, looking towards Percy.

"Right," Percy retorted, "And you are?"

The man paused for a moment, "Tantalus," he introduced himself, "King Tantalus of Anatolia."

"Tantalus," Percy spoke, as if trying to remember if he recognised that name, "You're the guy who can't touch food no matter how hungry he gets."

"Yes, thank you," Tantalus remarked, "For recalling my curse I had momentarily forgotten. WHAT IS THAT." He added, demanding an answer as he pointed his spear towards Tyson at the back.

"Cyclops," Clarisse recalled, "Sir." She added.

"Ah, right. Kill it." Tantalus ordered.

"How many times do I- HE'S WITH ME! He is not a threat. He's-" Percy spoke as he spread his arms around.

Clarisse smirked as she gestured for her soldiers to get ready to shoot at Tyson, spears, arrows, daggers, pointed towards the Cyclops as they just simply ignored Percy and his chanting.

Every camper who got ready to shoot Tyson paused, as so did the others, staring up at Tyson in a surprise as Percy and Annabeth looked back. Percy was shut off quickly, as if confused by why is everyone staring at Tyson like that. Sure he had an eye and he was a cyclop, but it isn't like he just ate Percy in front of them, like Polyphemus did with Odysseus

There he was, Tyson, confused but unaware of the Poseidon trident floating above his hand, Poseidon already claiming his son in order for him to not die.

"He's your brother." Annabeth whispered to Percy.
