Chapter 3

The tour of his house took about 30 minutes or so. When we finished, we ended up at his game room. He had a lot of consoles. Xbox, ps3, wii and a lot more. At first we played xbox kinect. It was fun. After that he played solo while I was watching. He insisted that I should play first, but I didn't really want to play so I let him play. He played a horror game. I was really scared but I didn't let it show. I texted my mom, "Mom, I'm gonna be late. If its OK can I sleep here?" I sent her. She replied immediately, "Sure, have fun.". After he finished the game he invited me for dinner and I gladly accepted. It was like 9pm when we ate dinner. "Aren't your parents getting worried?" He asked while eating. "I already let them know that I was going home late. They were cool with it." I said. After eating dinner we played WII. We played Mario Cart. We had a contest, who ever lost 5 races will cook their best dish for the winner. I won 5 races, Johnny won 3 races. Johnny cooked blueberry pancakes. It was mouth watering. I didn't even knew he can cook. "Wow! This is delicious" I said having a bite. "Thanks!" He said blushing. "I didn't know you can cook." I said "Well, there's a lot of things you don't know about me." He said looking a little cocky. "Like what?" I asked. "Do you know when's my birthday?" He asked. "August 17,1999" I said confidently. "How did you know that?" He asked. He was surprised that I knew. "Well, last year we had a date as friends." I said with a smile. "Oh, I totally forgot that. Well, I think I underestimated you." He said. I just smiled at him.

After a while, we went to the library. He had a lot of books "Johnny, have you read any of these?" I asked while browsing through shelves. "No, these are just for display." He said following me through the shelves. I took a book titled 'Hansel and Gretel' I never read this book before. After I read the first chapter I felt sleepy. "Johnny, I think I'm gonna go home. I feel really sleepy." I said. "Do you really have to go?" He asked me looking sad. "Well, my mom said it was OK for me to spend the night but I think that too much." I said. "My parents won't be here until the day after tomorrow so" he said holding my hand. "Is it OK with you?" I asked "Of course it is." He said with the excitement in his eyes. "Wait, where do I sleep?" I asked "On my bed" he said. "Where do you sleep?" I asked "Beside you, if that's OK with you." He said. "Oh, sure sure." I said immediately. He escorted me to his room. I asked him, "Are you going to sleep already?" He said,"Yup." While yawning. Before I got into bed I texted my mom that I was going to spend the night. I didn't even bother to wait for her reply. When I went to the bathroom, I saw Johnny shirtless. I could feel my cheeks turn red. I ran outside of to the bedroom and I jumped into bed. Luckily, he didn't notice me. When he walked to the bedroom he was shirtless, I asked myself, was he going to sleep next to me shirtless? After a few minutes I got my answer, he WAS going to sleep next to me shirtless. When he got into bed, I hugged him then I felt him kiss my forehead, then I drifter off to sleep.

Johnny's POV

When I got out of the bathroom, I saw Raven starring at me. I ignored it anyway. I got into bed, I cuddled with Raven, I was so happy I kissed her forehead. I felt her smile. I was so happy, I couldn't believe that the previous captain of the volleyball team was my girlfriend, and I am sleeping next to. I wish we could stay like this forever. But I only have until the end of summer. I cleared my mind and went to sleep.
