Felicity felt trapped. As if her whole world was falling down on top of her.is that possible?
She couldn't tell anyone, she coudln't do anything, how was she expected just to sit there and wait when she was going to die. she could feel a clock ticking away, as if her heart was trying to fit in all the beats of a life time in just 6 days. She was going mad.
She was sitting in her bedroom again, in the dark. She had turned down lunch for she had no appetite, she felt sick, and scared. What was she supposed to do.
She heard a knock at the door and it creaked open. Maid Anne entered.
"Are you ok love? Aw, your in the dark, let me turn a light on." She walked over and thumbled on the wall for the switch. After finally turning it on, she looked at Felicity.
"Awww, whats wrong love? is everything ok?" She sat down next to Felicity and rested her hand on her shoulder. "Do you want to talk?"
Felicity shook her head and felt her eyes slowly fill with tears. She coudln't answer. She just couldn't.
The days seem to creep by, Felicity left her room occasionally to eat or go to the toilet. The rest of the time she lay on her bed staring up at the ceiling, unable to sleep but so very tired, unable to eat but so very hungry, unable to talk but needed to confide in someone. She glanced over at the clock every once in a while but she was disappointed because time didn't seem to move on very fast. every once in a while someone would knock on rhe door and called in. She just had to throw something at the door and they would go away.
Why couldn't they just leave her alone, she wanted to cope with this her own way.
Two more days past, two more days of her life, gone. It felst like months instead of days for Felicity,
She was just lying there, leving for food and water and toilet, but apart from that avoiding people all together. Sh edidn't want to talk to anyone.
Felicity had a sudden thought:
"there are four more days of my life, and I am just goin got sit here and waste them?"
She leaped out of bed suddenly feeling like she had 3 times the amount of energy she had just a second ago. She immediatley packed a backpack with some clean underwear, a warm jumper, her laptop, and some money. Dashing out the room down the grand staircase and out the door. The whole world seemed more colourful and alive. She ran to her local park and found a bench in the shade. Dumping her backpack next to her and sat down, catching her breath. She looked round, it was a lovely day. The sun was shining and there was a light breeze in the air. She looked at all the little children running around and remembered when she felt like that, she remembered when she didn't have a care in the world.
She snapped out 0of hte daze and reached into her bag, and pulled out her laptop.
she opened it and started to researched Woody Donkins. after a hour or so she found an artical that gave her a lot of information, she read:
Yesterday night at 11:48 pm, A young Man called Woody Donkins, dropped a small Baby off at the Crownberry Orphanage after finding her outside his house.
When we interviewed Mr Donkins he said:
"I panicked when I found the baby girl, I didn't know what to do. I new I couldn't keep her, i live with my mum in a small house, I was a student, I didn't have the room, yet alone the money. After standing there with her in my arms for 15 or so minutes, I took her to the Orphanage with a note asking her to be called Felicity, after my dead sister, and asking for her sirname to be Kendrall which was my Mothers Maiden name.
Woody then went on to say how He would love to see Felicity again in the future and how he knows he will regret giving away Felicity, but he thinks its for her own good.

She didn't read on.
"Kendrall" she thought to herself. "Kendrall, well thats a name to do some more research on"
She was going to track down Ablang if it killed her. Ablang may have killed Mrs Kendrall in order to bribe Woody to see him her felicities life. Ablang, must know her.
This sudden realisation made felicity feel a bit sick. Ablang obviously, doesn't care how many people's lives he ruins before he gets to Felicity.
"I wonder if Mrs Kendrall is still alive?" She said quietly to herself. She needed Woody as much as she loathed him, she needed to talk to him. He was the missing link between her and Ablang, between her and her death.
