Her eyelids seemed to spring open and she sat bolt upright. She looked around. The carpet was blood-stained, but Melodies body was nowhere in sight. she sat there and turned her head slowly around the room once more. It was raining outside and the soft pitter-patter against the window was drowning out her thoughts. she clambered to a standing position and swept her hair out of her face. She glanced at the clock. It was just gone four in the morning. She slumped down and picked up her backpack of the ground. Walking towards the door she breathed heavily.
Stepping out onto the landing. She noted that the sun was rising. The light dashed across the room, through the blinds. She new from then on that she had to make the choice between fighting or as u may say "Go with ease". She did not want to hurt any more, she did not want people to die for her. Yet she did not want to die herself, although her determination to live was so much stronger than her fear to die. she was holding herself back. With every step she took, she felt more and more sick, more and more dizzy. She turned the corner and was now facing towards the carpeted dusty staircase where she sore Ablang, looking up at her. He seemed to be in pain, fear and sickness were now taking over her stomach. She was doubled over in pain, in frustration. Grabbing the strength from inside her, she dragged her self up of the floor, meaning to fight him, to give him a piece of her mind. She blinked, shook her head and opened them again. He was gone.
She immediatly ran down stairs as fast as she had ever ran before. bolting to the door she yanked it open, and threw herself outside with such force as she fell flat on her face. scrawling on the floor, she slammed the door shut with such force behind it, it made the hanging plant next to the door fall and smash into hundreds of little peices, smuthering Felicity in soil. She sat ont eh floor, filthy in a mixture of blood, soild and most of al tears. panting hard. she rested her head against the door.
She sat there for a few hours. watching the odd car go by. At one point a elderly man walked by, and stopped staring at Felicity. she must have looked a state now she thought about it, but this man did not stop to help her. The sun was slowly rising. Checking her watch she saw, that it was already quarter past six.
She stumbled down the front steps and limped down the road feeling down heartened. She just kept on walking, not really knowing where she was going. she would know when she would see the place. so she kept on walking. The sun rising slowly above her head. By half past seven. The sun had fully risen and she must've have walked at least 4 miles, well that's how far she felt like she had walked. When Eight o'clock rolled around she had arrived at the train station. She decided that she was going to get away. Run away, from Ablang, from the nightmare she was living. she saw steam billowing in the distance. It was obvious a train was arriving in the station. She didn't care where it was heading or how long it would be stopping. She ran to the ticket booth and purchased a ticket. When the train slowly rolled into the station, it filled with steam making Felicity choke slightly. she stumped onto the platform and showed her ticket as she was pushed onto the train by an impatient man wearing a violently purple suite which clashed brilliantly with his bright red hair. For a second, she thought he was Donkins. but when giving him a double take she realised that his face was long and thin, rather than Woody's, that was round, soft and chubby.
