Felicity froze, Why was he here. Had here death come 4 days early? Melodies face was slowly turning purple. Felicity new she had to save her one way or another, but how. was she to sacrifice her life to save Melodies

Ablangs Slit-like eyes met Felicity's with a look of accomplishment behind them. He smiled at her, in a menacing manner. She never thought she would meet him so soon, she new she would eventually but she wasn't ready for it now.

"Well hello" he said in a sweetly calm voice "look what we have here, Did you honestly think u can win against me Felicity? I have come here to warn you, not kill you, I've come here to warn u that your days on this earth, in this world, as a living breathing human, are numbered. So are your friends, there seconds are numbered and it's your fault. Do you know why?"

Felicity couldn't answer.

"It's your fault because you are fighting against me, the more you fight the more people die. You have to chose between your self and your friends. That's quite a hard choice isn't it?'

Felicity tried to talk tried to fight back, but she was paralyzed by fear. She looked at Melodie who now seemed unconscious.

"Are you too scared to answer Kendrall?" Said Ablang, his voice sounding less sweet now.

"I am not scared of you" Muttered Felicity without any real conviction. This was an utter lie. She was petrified of Ablang, of what he will do.

"You say that yet your eyes betray you," He let go of Melodie and walked towards her. backing her against a wall.  He touched her forehead, sweeping her fringe out the way to admire her face.

"It's a pity you will die you know, such a pretty girl, pretty sweet girl. The funny thing is that you can't look me in the eye can you? No." said Ablang in a vicious tone of voice. His fingers were cold to the touch. Almost like he was dead. walking back to Melodie, he picked her up.

"If u hurt her, I will........ I will........" She couldn't think, her voice had died out and there was no longer any sound coming out of it.  She had scraped some courage from the pit of her stomach but it wasn't enough to get her through this.

"Time to learn your lesson sweet Felicity, it's time to learn that you shouldn't play with fire, because you'll get burned"

Ablang dug his knife in to Melodies neck, blood came out in drops.

"i'm warning you Felicity. Your fate was decided 16 years ago. You can't change it now" with a large stab of his knife, he sliced open Melodies neck. Dropping her to the ground he turned in mid air and vanished. Felicity ran to Melodies side, she didn't know what to do. She just sat there looking at the blood pouring out of her neck.  She placed her hand on Melodies wrist, there was no pulse, and she was cold to the touch.   This had been her fault. there was no other explanation. Why was she trying to fight him? What would she gain from it?

She caught her face in the mirror and in the reflection she saw Ablang, stood behind her. She turned round but no-one was there.

She saw his reflection laughing, but there was no noise, just utter, painful silence. This made it worse. The silence seemed to go threw her like someone scraping there nails down a black board. She felt like the knot in her stomach was pulled tighter than ever with frustration, fear, and pure anger.

Felicity picked up a shoe and chucked it at the mirror with all her might, and watched the reflection of Ablang shatter before her eyes. it was as if all  hope and positivity had been sucked out of her. It was as if the world was just drained of any colour, any happiness, any hope.

She took Melodie in her arms and rested her head on her chest, with false hope of hearing a heartbeat. She felt blood trickle down onto her cheek, and down her neck. Tears filled in Felicities eyes. How many more will Ablang kill before he kills her?

She new this would be difficult, but not this hard. She began to question her plan of finding the Kendralls. Was it worth it? She began to feel tears mingle with the blood on her face and lifted up her head. There was nothing she could do to save her. She stood up and felt faint. Her knees gave-way as everything around her went blurry. She hit the floor with a large thud. What was going to happen to her? She closed her eyes, wishing she could just die, here with Melodie. she hoped she could just drift of into nothingness, with no worries or problems, and with that thought. She did.
