Chapter-47

That night after Jungkook comes back to his room after meeting Hoseok, the Alpha joins his mate on the bed, only one thing running in his mind- that is to protect his mate, Taehyung curls into his embrace, throwing his legs and arms over his mate, he pulls Taehyung closer, inhaling his scent to assure himself that he safe now, in his arms.

Hoseok has confirmed that the attack was by the Red Moon Pack, and he completely lost his cool, they are trying very hard to get to them-- and he was losing his mind over how to protect his mate from them. Clearly they tried to cross the borders from either of the packs directions, if it wasn't for Hoseok's and Namjoon's preplanning in not taking any precautions by strengthening the security across all the border of the pack, they might really have kept their pack mates and their family in risk.

They have stopped it now but what will he do if he isn't around? Just thinking about made the Alpha tighten his hands around his mate, he wasn't aware but his scent is giving away, and Taehyung has woken up from his sleep, he furrows, hands moving towards Jungkook's head, massaging the scalp, "you aren't asleep?" Taehyung asks groggily, "no" Jungkook sighs, feeling the hands gently massage from his mate.

"Is everything alright Koo? Your scent- it's all over Alpha" Taehyung brings his face away from his husband's chest to get a glimpse of him, Jungkook's face immediately relaxes, "I am fine my love" Taehyung bit his lips, he knows his mate is lying, "Is it about the rogue attack?" Taehyung slowly asks, Jungkook was caught off guard but nevertheless he nods, and says "it is- I can't hide anything from you now-- can I?" Jungkook chuckled when he saw his Omega nodding.

"It's Red Moon again and I am very worried about you and our packs" Jungkook talks about his worries, "We can't act recklessly because we don't know who we are exactly against knowing the rogues are under the Red Moon Pack?" Taehyung asks, "yeah baby-- that's what we are worried about- the numbers"

"Everything will be fine Alpha" Taehyung kisses his forehead to comfort him, bringing him to his embrace, "it will" Jungkook sighs as he snuggles into his Omega's comforting embrace, he inhales the comforting scent that Taehyung's releasing, the things in his mind are slowly clearing out, and slowly both fell asleep.

The next morning, everyone departs from Kim's, Jungkook drops Taehyung off at his university, and it's four in the afternoon, Taehyung was in his last class, "hey Taehyung!" Ah-Jin greets him cheerfully, pushing the specs of her nose, "how is your weekend?" She asks, setting the books, "crazy-- how was yours ?" Taehyung asks, "oh- it was boring, my family is busy with their works, I was left to fend for myself in the house- so I had indulged myself in studies" Ah-Jin sighs.

"Hey Taehyung-- by the way, would you like to join me after this class? I am actually thinking of exploring the night market here-- heard it's very bustling and amazing" Ah-Jin asks excitingly, and Taehyung hesitated for a few minutes before he agreed seeing the girl very enthusiastic, "Sure- let me quickly inform my family" he quickly fishes his phone out and informs Jungkook and Bo-Young.

His phone immediately vibrates, 'My Alpha❤️🐰'  flashing on his phone, Taehyung quickly answers, "Hey Koo?" He whispers on the phone, "Hey Pup, please be careful and let me know when you finish- I will pick you up and don't forget to send me your location-- I don't want to risk your safety-- not until everything is fine around us- without any threats" Jungkook says in one breath, not wanting his Omega misunderstand him.

"Sure Koo- don't worry" Taehyung giggles, "See you later" "so you are married ?" Ah-Jin asks, wriggling her brows, startling Taehyung, who just ended the call, "Yeah-" Taehyung nods, "My Alpha makes sense" Ah-Jin chuckles, "don't worry, my family has magic, we come from a line of powerful witches" Ah-Jin says, "Oh- but you aren't in a pack?" Taehyung asks, "No Taehyung- we usually have covens but as you know it was centuries back- so some of us joined packs while some just spread out living peacefully" Ah-Jin explains.
