Niall's POV:
"Hey guys ar-" I got cut off as I walked through the door because a cake fell in my head and I almost screamed. "Ahh guys this is soooo awesome nice prank so this must be 5 Seconds of Summer. Welcome tho the-" I cut off when I saw who was with them and I couldn't believe my eyes I almost lost my life in the second I saw her face. She was the one that had left me six years ago today and it was like losing my heart. I just couldn't believe my eyes so just to make sure.

"Maddilyn?"

"Niall?" She asked and she shook her head as I shook mine.

Then we both ran over to each other and hugged oh how I loved her hugs they were always tight but no too tight that you couldn't breath.

"If you don't mind me asking but how do you know each other?" Luke and Harry said simultaneously.

I looked at my bad when she looked at the other boys. "Remember my friend from kindergarten?"

They all nodded their heads as they came to realization of the situation. I looked at Maddilyn and then I noticed we were both crying tears of joy that we finally found each other again and I am so happy that she hasn't forgotten about me.

"I can't believe you remember me this is so amazing." She said wiping tears from her eyes just to have them replaced with new ones.

"How could I ever forget? You were my best friend for 7 years I still dream about the day you left on my birthday every year with the hope of eventually finding you. And now I have." I said and she just ran to me and wrapped her arms around my stomach not letting go and I just held her not wanting to let go.

"Youaresotll." She mumbled into my chest.

"What I'm sorry I couldn't understand you." I said and she looked up at me.

"You are so tall." She said and I just laughed realizing that I was like seven inches taller than her.

She glared at me and then layed her head in my chest. It was like it was just me and her with nobody else there.

"Umm I hate to break this up but do you think that we could be acknowledged here?" Luke asked looking at Maddilyn like they had a thing and she was taking it too far with me so I just let her go and stood awkwardly next to Zayn.

She looked at me confused and I looked from her to Luke and then she turned around and hugged the boys and said thank you very quietly and when she got to Luke he hugged her extra long and I got uncomfortable so I left to take a shower and change so I didn't have cake all over my face and I wasn't all sticky. I walked out and nobody was there so I called out to see if anyone was here and then I saw a note on the fridge so I grabbed it and read it.

Hey me and the boys went out to get some groceries and we will be a while but Maddilyn said to meet her by the pool after you change into your swim shorts have fun dude.

I put the note into the trash and went to change into my swim shorts and I picked the ones that Maddilyn always liked they were tie dye with hearts all over them I have grown I just always got new ones in the same exact style. I walked outside and was looking for Maddilyn and when I found her in a matching bikini I almost laughed but then I realized she didn't see me and she was standing right at the edge of the pool so I snuck up behind her and pushed her in but to my luck she turned and pulled me in with her laughing. I got out and so did she we both looked at each other and then I said, "You know I always liked when we matched without trying to." She laughed and then jumped back into the pool and I just chuckled to myself and she looked at me and I was staring at her without realizing it.
