I stayed at hospital over night. I mean of course the doctor said I have to. I don't think Justin left my side. He was there when I went to sleep and there when I woke up. When I woke up Justin was asleep. I think he had a rough day. I moved and the stinging pain was gone. I had my pill. Gosh I hate having these. Anyway I had the pill and I started coughing which made Justin wake up. "Hey" He greeted me, I couldn't reply back as I was coughing. I stopped coughing and smiled "Hi" I greeted back. "Your coming back today, right?" "Yes I am." I nodded.
It was time to get back to the tour bus and Scooter and Pattie were there waiting for us. "Your back!!!" Pattie ran up and gave me a hug. I hugged her back. "I'm going to lay down on the bed. The hospital isn't that comfy." I went into the room. I was about to drift off then Justin came to me and started singing "u smile I smile" I smiled, then he smiled. I fell asleep in the end
The next day we were travelling to his second concert. I was happy because it was Monday and everyone was at school then I was in a tour bus with Justin. I was living the dream. "Morning Gorgeous." Justin texted me. What? he was in the room next to me? haha I walked out and I opened the door "What?" I looked around to find him, he wasn't there. I took a pill and there was a note on the side

Shopping? Who goes shopping at like 10am! God! Anyway I stayed in my pj's and just listened to music. Then Justin, Pattie and Scooter came walking through the door with bags of shopping. "Wow.. You have been busy" I smiled. "Well... We know our stuff." He winked. 3 bags of shopping was mine. 3 was Justin's 2 was Pattie's and 1 was scooters. I loved all my clothes. All purple and swag on them. And some red because I like red. Justin got them baggy jeans. "Come outside Nicole." Justin beckoned. I went outside and a Segway was sitting there. I grew a massive smile "What!! You got a Segway! Only Justin!"
I saw someone take a picture and I didn't take any notice. I went on twitter later that day and the trending topic was #OnlyJustin... O Wow :D
