I do not own Teen Wolf.
Obviously. After that exciting event last night, Lydia and I drove home while Stiles called his dad and told him about the body. Now we were all in school, well except Allison, I don't know where she is. I was at my locker, getting out all of my stuff for Ms. Blake's class, when I heard someone call out my name. I turned around and saw Stiles jogging towards me.
"Tayl-" Stiles started to say something but stopped when he looked down at my outfit.
"Yes Stiles? I asked, twirling my hair.
"Uh- um I- uh just w-wanted to say hi." He said gulping. Let's just say this outfit made my chest look amazing.
"Oh okay, we'll see you in class." I said winking, closing my locker, and strutting down the hallway. I turned around and saw Stiles standing in the middle of the hallway, cheeks as red as a tomato, and from what I could see, it looked like he was pretty happy to see me. He saw me looking and he ran into the boys bathroom. I laughed and continued down the hall for class.
"Idioms, analogies, metaphors, and similes, all tools the writer uses to tell their story." Ms. Blake said, stopping by my desk. "Taylor, I wasn't aware you had so many hidden talents." She said glancing at my drawing of a tree.
"You and every guy I've ever dated." I said smiling up at her.
"Oh, um, well that was an idiom, by the way." She told me with a disgusted look on her face while walking away. "Idioms are something of a secret to the people who know the language or the culture. They're phrases that only make sense if you know key words. Saying 'Jump the gun' is meaningful only if you know about the starting gun in a race, or a phrase like 'Seeing the whole board.'"
"Like chess." Stiles said as Ms. Blake stopped by his desk.
"That's right Stiles. Do you play?" She asked him.
"No, my father does." He told her.
"Now, when does an idiom become a cliche?" Ms. Blake asked walking away from Stiles.
"I think I can get to Ethan. I'm pretty sure I can make him talk." I heard Scott whisper to Stiles. I'm not even gonna try and get involved with the conversation. They are just odd boys.
"What do you want to do that for?" Stiles asked.
"The Druids are emissaries right? So what if the Darach was an emissary to the Alphas?" Scott asked him.
"Okay, first of all, I cannot believe that we've gotten to the point where a sentence like 'What if the Darach was an emissary to the alphas?' Actually makes sense to me. Second of all, we're gonna have a huge problem getting to Ethan." I stated adding myself to the conversation for the heck of it.
"What's that?" Scott asked turning to face me.
"Going through Aiden." Stiles told him as I nodded along.
"Ever since he's been back at school, they're always together. How are we gonna separate them?" Stiles asked Scott. They both looked at each other and turned towards me at the same time.
"Oh god, what now?" I asked them with a worried expression.
"We just need you to get Lydia to get Aiden alone and away from Ethan." Scott told me.
"Oh thank god." I said letting out a breath of relief.
"What did you think we wanted? For you to kill your dog? We aren't that bad!" Stiles exclaimed turning in his seat.
