Him and Levi were currently driving to a nearby McDonald's and then home. Levi wasn't hungry, who could blame him after eating two whole bowls of soup. Two horrible bowls of soup to which the small neko boy only ate because Eren asked him to, not that he'd ever admit that.

They pulled up to the disgustingly unhealthy fast food place and parked the car. The drive through line was too long, in Eren's opinion.

"Okay, I'll be back in about five minutes. Can you manage being alone for that long?" The taller of the two asked, unbuckling and opening his door.

"I'll be fine brat. Hurry up though, there's a stench of weed and I'm concerned for my safety." Levi made a face of disgust.

Rolling his eyes, Eren shut the door and crossed the parking lot.

-Levi's POV-

Where the hell is that brat? It's been six minutes. He said five. Did he die? Did he get mugged? Did the weed smoker get to him? Did he get mugged by the weed smoker and then die?

Calm down Levi. It's okay. You've been alone before.

Not in a fucking death trap on wheels!

God I need to calm down. Maybe the line was just really long? Who am I kidding, it's a shitty grease bucket how could the line be that long?

Oh my god was there a serial killer in there? Oh shit oh shit oh shit!

The doors unlocked, causing me to jump and hiss at the dark figure outside. They opened the door.

"Relax man, it's just me." Eren laughed and got in the vehicle. I lunged at him, holding him close. My ears were pinned flat against my head.

"You fucking idiot. You took seven minutes! You said five. I swear to god I was so worried." I trailed off, realizing what I was doing. I quickly moved back to the passenger side and buckled the seatbelt in. Eren didn't say anything for a bit before chuckling lightly.

"Told you you couldn't be alone that long." I could practically hear the smirk in his voice.

"Shut up." I mumbled, refusing to look back up at him. At this point I don't care if I looked like a fool, or that he hadn't been gone for even ten minutes.

I was just a glad that my mate was okay.

Aha, I surprised you :3. Yes in this story nekos have soulmates. Sorry yesterday's update sucked. It was like, midnight when I wrote it. Also it was a saved draft on my computer from when I first started this story and it wasn't a finished chapter I just wanted to put up a new chapter for the people who commented for me to update.

I've decided that I want to do as many prompts that the storyline will allow me to. Of course, I will be doing my own chapter ideas but if you guys really want something to happen, fluff, smut, or otherwise, I will be sure to put it somewhere in a future chapter. So PLEASE comment ideas, PM me, I don't care. I just want to make enjoyable chapters seeing as my inspiration for fanfics run out quickly with chapters few and far between, so I want to make that better.
