This is the day. The day that Dan will propose to his long time boyfriend Phil in front of many people at VidCon. He feels so nervous, his insides are quivering with fear that he won't say yes. He's not doing a panel, since he already did one the day before.
Phil was doing one, and at the end of the panel discussion, he was gonna come out from the curtains and serenade Phil with Little Things by One Direction, then pop the huge question to him. The fangirls are slightly more calm about Phan now, because a week ago, Dan just came out on YouTube and said Phil was his boyfriend and kissed him at the end of the video.
He put the ring in his pocket, just in time, when his precious boyfriend came out of the bathroom and was ready for his panel, looking handsome as always.
"You ready for your panel, Philly?" Dan asked softly, pulling Phil onto his lap.
"Yeah, I'm ready!" he said enthusiastically, smiling with his tongue sneakily poking out of his teeth. Dan's heart melted like an ice lolly in Death Valley weather.
"Aww you're so cute!" Dan said, pinching his cheek before exiting the room with Phil, walking outside to find their friend Cat's car.
