Embers POV
We both pulled away at the same time. "wow" I heard Andy murmur. I blushed deep red. I can't believe I just kissed the Andy Biersack. In my mind I was fangirling. "A-Andy?" I hesitantly said. "yes love?" he replied. My blush got deeper. "Wha-What if my dad finds me..." I say feeling myself turn paler than normal. Andy noticed. "shhh, it's okay Ember" he soothed while pulling me into a hug. "He won't ever find you. I'm not letting you get anywhere near that house again" I started to tear up again. Someone actually cares about me. "Andy can I at least return home to get some of my belongings?" He paused for a moment, thinking. "Ember do u know how-" "Andy please, I'll be careful" I beggingly cut him off. You could hear the pleading in my voice. "fine, but I'm not happy about this" he bluntly stated. I gave him a peck on the lips. "okay I'm happy again" he said making me laugh.
*skips to Embers house*
I walk off the bus my breath hitching with each step. "please please please let my father still be asleep." I whisper to myself. I quietly open the front door and tiptoe inside. I start up the stairs and feel myself yanked to the ground by the collar of my shirt. I scream, "shit" I worriedly said trembling. "Where the hell have you been?!" screams my angered father. "oof" a blow to my stomach. "Answer me dumb bitch!" he screams. I hold my aching stomach tears burning down my cheeks. "stop crying pussy ass bitch" another blow to my stomach sends me toppling over. He repeatedly kicks me over and over to where I'm spitting up blood. Everything goes blacker with each kick. I'm grasping for breath choking on my own blood. I hear a crash. Next thing I know the kicking stops and I'm being picked up by familiar arms. "Ember baby, stay with me. It'll be okay Ember. The cops will take your father away" I'm to dizzy to hear what he's saying. The last thing I remember is seeing the blue and red flashing of police lights, then everything goes black.
