~Kat POV~

“Want to go out to eat?” James asked me as we sit in the living room. We finished our conversation yesterday. Well sort of cause I started to fall asleep and he just told me to go to bed. But once I woke up her was right next to me. He had the biggest smile on his face. I don’t know why. Eventually we got out of bed and now we are in the living room.

“I’m not hungry but I will go with you.” I told him standing up.

“Okay well I’m going to go get changed be ready in ten.” He said running up the stairs. I followed shortly and got changed into a high to low dress and met him down stairs.

“Hey where are you going?” Alex asked as I was about to sit on the sofa waiting for James. Alex and Billy stared at me. I felt uncomfortable with Billy gaze on me.

“Hey Kitty guess what?  Uncle James said I can come with you two if I ask daddy. Daddy can I go with James and Kitty somewhere?” Trey asked excitedly. I smiled at him as he ran to me and hugged me tight.

“But I thought you were going to come with me and Billy to the park like you wanted?” Alex asked sadly.

“I was bout now I want to go with Kitty. Can I go daddy?” Trey asked.

“Where are you going Kat?” Billy asked. His voice made me flinch back a little and shifted uneasily on my feet.

“James and I are going out to eat.” I replied in a whisper.

“Just you and James.” Alex hissed at me.

“No Trey is coming with if you let him.” I told him.

“Well we are hungry are we aloud to come?” Billy asked. I shrugged and looked down at Trey and smiled.

“ALEX!” I heard someone holler. Looking up I seen Aubree smiling at me and coming toward me.

“What?” Alex asked as Aubree hugged me.

“Wait, you look so pretty let me do something with your hair real quick.” Aubree said grabbing my hair in her hands.

“Okay you ready to go?” I heard James ask. He walked down the stairs dressed in a black suit. He looked so fancy and cute.

“Yep” Trey said popping the ‘p’.

“You’re done, Oh Alex can I stay here a couple days please. Thanks anyway I will be back later I’m going to the mall with Shana.” Aubree said running out the door.

“Okay let’s go.” James said walking toward me and putting his arm around my waist. “You look beautiful.”  James whispered in my ear.

“Thanks” I smiled at him.

“Okay, Trey comes on.”  James said.

“Wait for us big bro I am going to go get changed.” Billy growled at James.

“What are you going to eat?” James asked me.

“I am not hungry.” I told him.

“You need to eat something.”Alex told me across the table sitting next to Trey and Billy.

“I am not hungry.” I told him.

“Hey good afternoon everyone what would you like?” The waitress said.

“Okay I will have Steak and eggs and she will have French toast.” James said pointing to me.

Everyone gave their orders and we sat and ate. James made me eat the French toast. It all went good until I felt someone foot up rubbing up my leg. I looked up to see Alex talking to Trey and Billy giving me a smug smile. I looked him in the eye and then he kicked me hard.  I jumped and looked toward James who smiled down at me and talked to Alex.

Leaving the restaurant I felt a hand hold onto my butt. Looking behind I saw Billy again. He grabbed my hair and pulled it back.  Making a big screech he let go as everyone turned to look at me.

“You Okay?” Alex asked. I nodded looking at the ground.

“Come stand near me Katherine.” James said holding my hand.

“Okay.” I mumbled next to him.

“Did he touch you?” James growled out in my ear.

"No" I lied.

'Don't lie Katherine. I know my brother we will talk about this later." He growled glaring at Billy.
