Chapter Six

(A/n Boring Chapter)

~Katherine Pov~

“I’m Sorry, No I don’t” I said. I was looking at Drew face. I felt really uncomfortable around all these people. The woman that Thomas said is crying a lot. I have no Idea what to do. If I should go comfort her but the deal with touching I am not so comfortable with besides Trey and Drew for some reason. I just feel super comfortable with Drew around. It’s nice and makes me happy. Even though I only knew him for this whole day. But he is nice and makes me laugh. It is really weird how I’m more comfortable around him then I am around my own mate. Alex is just so uptight and he is married and has a kid. I know I will never get to be with Alex. It will hurt me too much. His family is more important to me. I want him to be happy with Jenny and Trent. I’m fine by myself I always was. Now apparently I have family that is here to talk to me.

“I am your mother Katherine. I missed you so much baby girl please remember. I love you.” The lady sobbed.  A tall older man came and place his hand on her shoulder. She immadiently turned and sobbed into his chest as he held her to his chest. The old man looked at me with his Hazel eyes. His balding head shinny. He looked up at me with a sad smile.

“I am so sorry please do not cry.” I told her getting really nervous taking my gaze off of Drew I looked to the ground. What am I suppose to do. I can’t let her cry like that. She is holding onto that man so tight. I can feel everyone gaze on me.

“Katherine!! Katherine.” I heard Trey yelling my name as he ran down the stairs.

“Trey I thought I told you stay upstairs.” Alex growled at Trey who is now standing next to me. Tears in his eyes threaten to spill out. I patted his little head and smiled down at him.

“Yeah buddy.”    I mumbled.

“Me and Dustin colored you a picture. We want you to come color with us when you are done please.”He said. I smiled and nodded making him run upstairs.

“Katherine do you want me to stay here with you. I need to check on Dustin and Daisy.” Drew said.

“Yeah I will be find just go check on them.” I smiled at him. He gave my hand one last squeeze and walked up stairs.

“Katherine would you like me to get you a seat?” Alex asked. I kept my gaze on the floor and shook my head.

“No Thank you.” I told him.

“Katherine.” Thomas called my name.

“Yes?” I asked keeping my gaze on Aubree sandals she let me borrow since I didn’t have any clothes.

“I want to reintroduce you to our family.” Thomas said.

“Okay” I said.

“Well this is Mom her name is Molly and next to her is dad his name is Tony.” I looked up through my eyelashes. Not trying to stare them in the eyes. I nodded my head.
