Hayes' POV

I was about to call Nash to talk to him until I get a phone call from my mom. I stood up and wiped my tears away before I answered. "Hello" I say trying my best not to make it sound like I was crying. "Hayes, honey. Something terrible has happened. Madison is in the hospital. Since I am not in town I need both you and Nash to go down to the hospital" before I could answer I dropped the phone leaving my mother speechless still on the phone with me. I raced out to my car and over to the hospital. I assumed mom was going to call Nash herself so I left that for her to do. When I got there they lead me to the room she was in. I didn't even think of asking what happened, I was so worried about Madison I forgot about asking.  I ran in immediately and seen that she had cuts and bruises and over her face.

*After Madison told Hayes she picked him*

When she passed out I immediately called a nurse. They kicked me out of the room to do things on her. I was out in the waiting room with tears falling down my face. I look up to see Nash running into the hospital entrance with red puffy eyes as well. "Hayes what happened?!" He said out of breath from running. "Madison got into a car accident Nash" he sat down on the seat next to me and sighed "so that means she picked you if she was in her car" Nash said starting to tear up more than he already was. "Yes Nash, well she was on her way to pick me. Until she got into that accident" he didn't answer, not until 5 minutes later. "How is she?" Nash asked with his head down. "Not good. When I went in there to see her she had something wrapped around her head and bruises and cuts all over her face." I say. "This is all your fault". I didn't bother to answer. I knew I would just make things worse. After he said that it got me thinking. How it is my fault. If she hadn't picked me that never would've happened.

The days went by so slow. Madison was in a coma for almost a month now. I now spent my days in my room with nothing but silence surrounding me. The only time I would leave my room was when I needed food, to use the washroom and to go see Madison. And Nash, I have no Idea.

Nash and I haven't talked since the day she got into the accident.

We both still went to visit her everyday but not one word was said. Until this day. We were in the hospital sitting in Madison's room. "I hope you know I am never going to give up on her" Nash says with no emotion in his face whatsoever. He looked like he wanted to kill me. "What about that deal Nash" "I don't give a fuck about a stupid deal I made. I love Madison and I know she loves me. There has to be a reason why she picked you" Nash stood up and looked over me like he was a giant. "Yea she picked me because she loves me more than she will ever love you." I said standing up "stop lying to me and yourself Hayes" He said taking a step closer "listen here Nash-" I was about to continued until I heard moaning. "Madison?" I mumbled.

Madison's POV

I woke up to the sound of two boys arguing. I slowly opened my eyes and moaned. My head was throbbing and my body was acing. The two boys stopped what they were arguing about and stared at me as if they were both lions and I was their meat. It was weird. One said "Madison". Im assuming thats my name? I tried sitting up but my body was too sore to even try. So I just stayed played down. The cute, taller one, with the nice flow came towards me and questioned me if I was okay. "Well for starters, I don't know where I am." I said "You're in the hospital Madison, you were in a car accident" The other adorable younger boy says. "That makes sense now, are you two my doctors?"
