The front door opens noiselessly and the two men turn to the well dress man. He nods for the two of the to continue into the house as there is no sound of an alarm. "She is making this easier than I thought," the well dressed man mutters to himself. Jennifer unaware of her visitors, continues to work still dressed in her same attire, the flimsy Victoria's Secret robe, not even bothering with bra or underwear, the advantages of working from home. But she is out of coffee and pads barefoot on the carpet to the stairs and then to the hardwood floors of the kitchen. A figure looms out from behind her and wraps his hand over her mouth, "Scream and it will only make things worse" the soft menacing voice warns her. "Got it?" He asks as she sees another man walk into view on the other side of her wielding a gun. "I'm going to take my hand from your mouth and you are going to sit on this chair right here and listen to what Mr. Carver has to say, understood?" Jennifer nods and watches as an impeccably dressed man appears before her. She knows she is in over her head with three men staring at her menacingly and back pedals to the chair in which she was instructed to sit in.
"My name is Simeon Carver," the ominous stranger begins. With the mention of his name, Jennifer gets a sinking feeling in her stomach. He sees the look and says,"Ah yes, I see the look of recognition in your eyes. You have been stealing from me for two months now," he continues, "and I've come to collect my payback," his eyes darkening as he gazes at her. He throws a few photos on Jennifer's lap and she gazes down in horror. In them she sees James beaten to within an inch of his life, she looks up, fear in her eyes, "Is he,...?" Dead," he finishes your sentence. "No, he's not dead but he probably wishes he was," Simeon says without a trace of remorse in his voice. He leans in closer and in a commanding voice says, "This is what amateurs get when they mess with the likes of me," he boasts. "Did you really think that my missing money would go unnoticed? You're lucky I got to you first," he says. "The others you stole from apparently don't care or don't have the proper accounting firms counting their pennies. But I was informed about the missing money by my top notch staff of investors." He goes on, "I am a kind and forgiving man though," he smiles wickedly, "so I have a proposal for you, come work for me and do my bidding as my personal assistant and the charges that I could file will be dropped." Jennifer gapes at him trying to process how someone could be as meticulous as this man, how he found out it was her and where she lived and decides to call his bluff.
"I don't know what you are talking about and you are trespassing in my house, my husband who is a police officer will be home any minute for lunch," Jennifer barks back. "Oh Jennifer, you disappoint me," he says almost apologetically. He nods and the two men close in on her. "Jennifer you are going to learn not to play with fire and what it's like to mess with someone who has unlimited power. These two men are FBI and on my payroll," he says as they advance closer to her. "Stand up," Simeon says. "Fuck you," Jennifer snaps back. Simeon nods again and the two men "help" Jennifer to her feet and unceremoniously strip her of her robe. "My, my," Simeon says, "nothing underneath, what a pleasant surprise," He says to the men as all three admire her nakedness, "put her in the orange jumpsuit and take her the federal penitentiary, she can sit in there until she accepts my more than generous offer." With that they take attempt to put her orange prison jumpsuit on but Jennifer quickly begins to resist but her efforts are futile as
one places a cloth over her mouth as he grabs her from behind and the acrid odor of chloroform is the only thing she remembers as her consciousness slowly slips away and her last memory is that of Simeon smiling his wicked smile, a man used to getting his way.
