The five hour flight seemed to last a lifetime. Nobody wanted to go back home. Going back to the same old bullshit. Their mom favoring one child and shunning the other four. At least when they lived with their aunt and uncle each of them was given some sort of attention.

The wheels from the airplane hit the ground and made their forward direction down the runway. Finally, the plane had stopped.

Once they all found each other at the front of the plane they all walked out together. "Hello, Cali." Zacky groaned, pulling his luggage.

AJ looked around for her mom. "She should be here."

"Late as always." Matt assumed.

They looked around and spotted a short, paleish, woman waving at them. "Found her." Jimmy informed.

"Whoopty fuckin Doo." Syn unenthusiastically cheered.

Amy ran up to them and hugged AJ, "Sweetie, I missed you so much! I was supposed to bring you back before school started but I wasn't ready for you to come back yet."

"You could have at least called." AJ told her mom. "I tried texting and calling numerous times and you ignored my messages. You even hung up on me when we needed you." she began getting loud.

" I know. And I'm sorry."

AJ rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms. "Fine. I forgive you."

"C'mon AJ, let's go home." she smiled, putting her arm around her daughter.

"And we're back to being ignored." Zacky rolled his eyes too, following behind his sister and mom.

Amy turned around to face her sons, "It's nice seeing you boys too." she smiled, but wasn't as excited to see them them like how she was with AJ.

Everybody dropped their bags on the floor the moment they walked back into the house. "Doesn't it feel great to be back home?"

"Sure." they lied.

Amy skipped over to the couch. "Sit down you guys. Tell me how it was living with my sister. Did you have a terrible time like I said you would?"

Matt flopped down on the other sofa, "No, actually. We had the time of our lives. But thanks for asking." he proclaimed sarcastically.

Amy narrowed her eyes at her step son, "Anyways, what about the rest of you."

Jimmy laid down on the red carpet floor, "It was good. Made a few friends."

"Yeah." Zacky sat beside his mom, "I had a girlfriend." he paused, "That I ended up having to leave."

Synyster stood stiffly, leaning on the doorframe, "Same. It really sucked how we had to go." he emphasized on the word 'go'.

"Well my sister wasn't your mom so you had to come back."

"She was a better mom to us then you ever were." Syn mumbled, as he walked into the kitchen.

"You mind saying that louder?" Amy shouted.

"No cuz you heard me."

Amy squinted her eyes, "Hm, with attitudes like that I find it hard to believe that you boys actually had girlfriends."

Matt blocked his step mom out and started texting on his phone. Gosh, he just couldn't stand the sound of her voice anymore, it was driving him crazy.

"What about you, honey? Did you have a boyfriend?"

AJ got sad when she thought about Dean, "Yeah I did."
