Methane and I made out way out of the centre of Battery City, we needed to get back to Zone 2 and that was a bit of a walk. We had no ways of transport, no car, and if we took a train or bus, we would be caught by BL/I. We didn't have any phones either, or change to use a payphone, so we couldn't call any of our friends, so the only option we had left was to walk it.

I wasn't really complaining, I hadn't seen Methane in a good few years so we had a lot to catch up on, and a lot of time to do it. She began telling me the story of how she'd found a new group of Killjoys and had stuck with them, rather than stayed with my group. You see, she'd had a run-in with BL/I before, and she lost everything. All her friends, her family, everything. So Zacky took her in, helping her recover and things like that. Zacky, Methane and I were practically inseparable - I mean, in our group of Killjoys, there was also M. and The Rev, but the three of us, you just couldn't have one without the other two.

However, she'd found some new Killjoys, Dissonant - whom she'd already known, but lost contact with, Vortex and Deathly. She said they were just as amazing and epic as we had been, but it was a little saddening to hear that she was no longer part of our group.

She then began to tell me about how Synyster had shown up out of the blue one day, after we'd lost all contact with him completely in the 2012 nuclear bomb that had been detonated just around the central-European area. It practically wiped out the entire world and BL/I 'built it up' again.

I was sort of shocked at the news, but happy to hear that he was still alive. Then I began telling her the stories of how I kept trying to escape from prison - it's not really that difficult, but when you reach the corridors near to the exit, that's when it gets hard. I told her how there was a death penalty for any escapees that were caught.

"Why have you not been killed then?" she cocked her head.

I shrugged and winked,  "maybe they're scared of me."

"Always the midgets you have to look out for," she giggled, pointing out my short height of 5 foot 4.

"You're one to talk! You're shorter than me!"

"Touché"

We walked a little further in silence and then Methane collapsed onto the ground. Panicked, I spun around on my heel and stared at her in horror. "Methane!" I gasped, "Are you okay?!"

Laughing, she sat up and said "I can't believe you fell for that."

Shaking my head and smiling a little, I went a little serious, "we need to get back, if anyone sees us in the BL/I prison uniform, they'll report us. And then we're done for."

She nodded and stood up, walking a little quicker than she had before and then stopped dead in her tracks.

"What?" I asked, beginning to panic again.

"The bastards have my trench coat!!" she exclaimed.

"Where are you going, Syn?" Ghoul sniffed and looked up.

"Out for a drive, I need to calm my head down." I lied. I was going out for a drive, however it wasn't to calm my head down. I know this sounds mean but I just couldn't take much more of everyone being upset, so I decided to go out for a drive. "Poison can I borrow your car?"

"Yeah sure," he tossed me the keys and I stalked out of the house and headed towards the car. As I sat in the driver's seat, I started the engine and began hitting my head off of the steering wheel, depressed people can be annoying.

All of a sudden, I head a huge thump on top of the car. Alarmed, I froze and didn't dare sneak a glance out of the sunroof. Another thump, this time it was further back from the first one. I began to worry at this point, sweat was tricking down the right side of my face. One more thump in front of the windscreen and I saw what, or who was the culprit.

Korse looked up from where he was crouched in the slight dent he'd made in the car, he smirked and said "Hello Synyster, it's wonderful to see you again."
