We get to school and Luke,Jai,Beau and I all walk into the school gates, its really loud, there were people everywhere, nothing like back home in Perth, we all walk to get our new timetable. I look at period 1, " i have History with Mrs Forte, " so do i" yelled Jai " haha same here" Luke said, " well i guess i have to say that i have that aswell" said Beau. We all laughed and hurried of to find our new lockers. Luke and me were in the same Row, Jai was upstairs and Beau was the next set of lockers. Me and Luke got a lockers next to eachother and threw all our books in.
The bell rang for class and we met Jai upstairs and walked over to the class. We walk in and see a few empty seats I grab a seat infront of Luke, Jai was next to Luke and Beau was next to me. The teacher reconises i'm new so she calls me up to the front." you must be new, please come out the front and introduce yourself". I am so nervous I never like speaking infront of people. I walk up and speak, "ugh hello my names Rose Dailey and I'm from Perth, thank you bye". I run back to my seat, when luke wraps his arms around me and whispers good job. I tell him to shut up in a jokey way and hand him a piece of gum, he goes red. Then the class starts and I nearly fall asleep when I hear a note fall into my lap. I read it, it says
hey sweetie your falling asleep, be careful if Miss see's you, detention for a week.

i look at Beau and he look at me and he winks at me and i give him a little smile. when the bell rings i thank god that was over. but i have another 4 periods left.
