Capter 5.

"Kayley can I tell you something?"
...

Oh god. I'm so nervous. I wonder what he has to tell me.

"Of course you can tell me anything"

He sat up so I did the same. My heart was pounding so fast. Dakota looked up at me. I could tell he was nervous.

"Well Kay I've been wanted to tell you that I really really like you but it's okay if you don't like me back I just needed to let you know" he blurted out fast.

I can't believe he likes me too.

"Awe Dakota I like you too. A lot. I just never knew how to tell you. And I was scared you wouldn't like me the same way"
"Why wouldn't I like you Kayley? You're the best thing that's ever happened to me."

I could tell I was blushing so I looked down.

"I don't know. Maybe because I'm not as pretty as the other girls" I admitted.
"Hey don't say that. You're the most beautiful girl I know"

He was so sweet sometimes it made my heart melt.

"Can I kiss you yet?" I asked
"I thought you'd never ask"

Before I knew it Kota's lips were pressed against mine. God I wish this moment would never end.

When Dakota pulled away he asked "Kay will you be my girlfriend?"
Of course I said yes.

I'm so happy we're finally a couple. I've liked him for so long and now he's finally mine.

Dakota and I cuddled for a little while longer until my mom called and said she was on her way to pick me up. Ugh. Great

I told Kota and we went to wait outside. We were only out there for a few minutes when my mom pulled up.

"So I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked with a smirk on his face.
"Maybe" I chuckled.

I hugged and kissed him goodbye and got in the front seat of the car.

"I thought you guys were just friends" my mom said.
"Yeah well things change" I said smiling.

When I got home it was pretty late so I put pajamas on and went to bed.
