Lately you have been working nonstop on top of going to school full time. So to say you were exhausted was an understatement. Your busy schedule was the reason you and Mikey were currently not so great. He hated that he barely saw you and wanted you to be home more. You just didn't know what to do. The fight was about a week ago and you had barely spoken since unless needed, since you lived together. You get home to notice he is gone, again. Ever since the argument he spent most of his time with the boys. Its not like you didn't want to spend more time with him. You loved him to death. Its just you needed your job for support and bills. Plus you had to pay for your college tuition, which wasn't exactly cheap. After changing into some comfy clothes you sit in bed to start on your homework. The thing is, 30 minutes in, you find yourself breaking down into a crying mess. This always happens when you get overstressed. You bottle everything until it breaks you, and the recent fight just added onto it. You're such a mess that you don't hear when Mikey opens the bedroom door to see you in a broken mess. In a split second he picks you up to cradle you in his lap as he tries to calm you down. He runs his hand up and down your arm comfortingly as he holds your waist with the other. After a while your sobs slowly begin to fade. "Baby girl, what's going on?" He asks, worry laced in his voice. You stay silent unsure of how to put it into words, or even if you should. "You know I love you and will try to help with anything, right?" He whispers as he kisses your temple. You nod and then begin to quietly explain. "Its just work and school and us and everything. And I'm so exhausted Mikey. It's all too much." You whisper as the tears start to build again. He quickly wipes them away as he kisses your forehead and says, "Well, how about I call your boss and tell him you just need a few days off. We can work on your homework tomorrow since you don't have class and what do you mean us?" He asks confused at the end. You begin to play with your fingers as you stare at your lap. "The fight. I don't want you to leave but I don't know what to do. I have to go to school and I need the job." He lifts your chin up so he can look at you as he says, "I'm not going anywhere. I just miss you is all. But I'd miss you more if I left." Then he pecks your lips causing you to smile. "Now sit here and don't move." He says attempting to sound stern. He disappears into your bathroom and soon you hear water running. After about 10 minutes he comes in and picks you up bridal style causing you to giggle. He carries you into the bathroom and sets you down. You look around to see a bubble filled bath with candles and flowers (pic). You look at him as he smiles down at you. He pulls you close. "I love you (Y/N)." He whispers as he kisses you sweetly, beginning to undress you. After your stripped of clothes, he helps you step into the bath. Then he sits on the floor opposite you, so he's facing you, still holding your hand. "So tell me all about it." He says as you begin to tell him everything that's been happening lately and what you've been all worked up over. An hour later, you find yourself relaxed cuddled up in bed next to the love of your life as you slowly drift into the best sleep you've had that week.
