"Like I said Edmund. The devil will be there. Yes, I was informed that there is a deal going down.I'm getting on the plane right now. I'll call you when I land." We said our goodbyes and I got on the plane.
I felt asleep thinking of what's to come. I was anxious and nervous to say the least but I know it's for the best.
"Carly." I heard Edmund call out my name. I waved my hands over my head so he could find me.
"What took you so long?" He asked once he saw me.
"Always exaggerating." I rolled my eyes at him. We hugged and walked out of the airport while he put me up to date with the mission.
Once in his car we drove straight to headquarters. I told them everything I knew and also showed him a picture.
"You were meant to be relaxing." My boss said as he walked in to the room.
"I was until I got the best in tell we have ever had." I smirked at him.
"And that is why you are the best!!!" He exclaimed coming over to hug me. "How do you know it's the real devil?"
"Because he told me after kidnapping me." They all gasped.
"How..."
"It wasn't easy." And then I told him how I escaped and made it back.
"We are going to get him." Edmund said seriously. I nodded.
"I hope we do."
