I woke up the next morning with someone's arm draped around me. I started to panic but once I saw who it was, I calmed down. It was Gilinsky and he had me held to him tightly. I taped his shoulder gently. He opened his eyes and smiled.
"Good morning Abby." He smiled and rubbed his eyes. I sat up and looked around. I noticed that I had shifted quite a bit last night. My original sleeping spot was about 2 feet away from where I currently was. I must've gotten cold last night and wanted to cuddle up to someone.
"Good morning."
"I see you made quite the movement last night." He smirked as he sat up and noticed how far I moved.
"I got cold last night."
"Jack was literally like 2 inches away. Why didn't you get closer to him?"
"Because that's my brother and Sam was just on the other side I'm not ready to be that close to him right now."
"Don't worry about an explanation. I'm perfectly fine with cuddling with you." He smiled and hugged me.
"Well good morning lovebirds.' Jack snickered behind us. I saw Sam roll his eyes at us. I looked away and started playing this really stupid game on my phone. Sam got up and walked inside angrily.
"Someone's got an attitude." I giggled. Gilinsky laughed and Jack just laughed at us.
"He hates seeing all this love crap now."
"Why?"
"Miranda cheated on him."
"Really? With who?" Gilinsky asked.
"Always knew she was a lying, cheating whore."
"She was caught cheating with um...Kenny." Jack told us. The minute I heard his name, it felt like my heart shattered.
"What? That's not possible. Just yesterday, he told me he loved me and then we made out." I sighed and looked at my phone.
"I told you that you were going to get hurt by him if you fell for him and kissed him Abby."
"I'm sorry that I fall for the assholes in my life. I'm gonna make a prediction here and say that you're probably going to turn into one too. Am I right or am I wrong?" I asked. Neither of them spoke. "I'm right. I knew it. Just what I thought. I'm out of here." I grabbed my pillow and ran inside. Once I got up to my room, I slammed the door closed and sat against the door, cautiously bringing my knees up to my chest. I immediately felt terrible for trusting Kenny now.
Minutes later, as I continued crying into my pillow, there was a knock on my door.
"Whoever you are, go away." I shouted. They wouldn't stop knocking. I got mad so I stormed over to the door. When I opened it, I saw Sam in tears. "Sam, what are you doing here?" I asked. He didn't answer. Instead, he just hugged me.
"I'm so so sorry Abby. I know there isn't a right excuse for doing what I did but I want to make it up to you in every way possible. If you let me, I mean." He sighed.
"Sam, please go. It's too late for an apology." I cried. He let me go and walked away. Why do I always have to do that to people? At least he's trying. My feelings for this kid are literally all over the damn place and it sucks. I watched as he stopped at the top of the stairs and looked at me, sincerity was written all over his face but I looked away. He sighed and walked back down. I slammed my door.
~Sam's POV~
I went back down to where the other boys were. They both gave me weird looks.
"What?"
