Chapter 11: Red Dawn

Naomi's POV

We all ran outside to see many men and some women in front of us. Why were we being attack this early.

Most of them had smirk on their faces which made me know they were here to kill. I didn't focus much on it because a red-haired girl was telling them to stop. Who was she again?

Then our door opened and Daniel showed up. Late much.

"What is the meaning if this red-dawn?"

"RED DAWN?!" Jaylan and I said at the same time. Why would they attack us? Did someone cross into their territory?

One guy came and I could tell he was the Beta.

"That girl, wasn't suppose to leave. We told her if she did it again we would kill everyone in the pack she went to, alphas orders." What kind of craziness was that?

"It was her choice, she wanted to be free." Jaylan spoke out.

"Her choice that will get everyone killed." The man was coming towards Jaylan when Daniel went in front of her and growled.

"Are you ready?" Tasia asked
"Killing isn't my thing, but yes."

"Natalie, west there's a pack house there women and children. You will be safe there." I saw Natalie run towards the direction and the beta wanted to follow but Joshua growled.

"You will all die." He said with a smirk.

"I don't think so." I said glaring at him. I trained a lot but stopped last year whoever wanted to hurt anyone in this pack will die.

"Anastasia go there too." I heard Joshua say.

"No. I can fight. I know I can."

"Jaylan I don't suppose you'll go."

"Nope." She said smiling.

People from their pack starting shifting and people from our pack started shifting.

The Beta shifted and Daniel and Joshua shifted.

I looked at Anastasia, she can't shift yet so what was she planning?

'Be careful' I mindlinked her

'I will.'

Jaylan shifted and the beta ran towards Daniel but Joshua jumped on top of him. Jaylan was dealing with another wolf and she bit its side making it howl. I couldn't focus on anything except the women and children.

I looked over at Daniel who was battling 3 wolves. He'll be fine. Everyone was fighting.

I saw a wolf trying to attack Joshua from behind but Anastasia ran over, grabbed it, and snapped its neck.

'Witch 1 werewolf 0' I said mind linking her.

I was now running towards the direction of the women and children with a wolf chasing me. Get lost mutt damn I have no time for you. Just then I saw it fall like it was in terrible pain.

'Witch 2 wolf 0' Anastasia mind linked me and I smiled.

Just then I heard a mother yell "NOT MY BABY" no.no.no. I shifted and my speed picked up until I got to the women's and children's pack house.

A white wolf was getting ready to pounce on a small baby boy who was maybe 2. I saw that the mother was being held back mostly because she was pregnant. I get the alpha. Of course.

I ran over as the white wolf tried to jump on the child but I tackled it and it hit a tree. I'm a goner.

'GRAB YOUR KIDS AND RUN ALL OF YOU.' they all followed orders running into different directions.

I looked back at the alpha who was staring at me with pure black eyes. Oh boy he was pissed.

We circled around each other until he finally slashed at me which I managed to dodge but he bit my side which made me holler in pain. I got back up and tried to bite his ear but with this gash on my side I pulled back only to have him slash the side of my face.

Now I was mad.

I ran toward him with all my mite and bit his leg hard. If you can't beat em, bite em. He stumbled a little and I bit his side with the rest of my energy. I stood there, waiting for him to kill me.

I almost beat an alpha I thought waiting for my death.
'Don't give up idiot' tasia said
'I have no more energy' I told her.

I saw the werewolf slowly walking over towards me before closing me eyes.

Goodbye world.
Moon-Goddess I hate you.

Those are the last things I thought before darkness consumed me.
