four years later

" Babe my Fashion show is in three days how the hell are you suppose to make it if your on a business trip ?!" I asked with annoyance

I waved my hand in the air once I saw a taxi. The taxi quickly pulled up to me so I grabbed my suite case put it in the trunk and sat in the back seat " Car rental please" I told the driver

"Look baby I promise I will find a way out there ok ? I know your upset because I never been on any of your fashion shows but I will be at this one " My boyfriend said

I stood silent for a moment looking out the window " Roc you promise ? this is really big for me Im in New York for crying out loud"

"I swear baby I will be there .. but let me go I'll call you in a few I love you"

I sighed and rolled my eyes "Love you too"

about ten minutes later I got to the car rental place and rented a white Cadillac escalade ESV SUV then drove off to my hotel.

I couldn't lie when I arrived in the city that never sleeps I was very intimidated. Even though I lived in Atlanta, New York scared me a little but I had to brush it off because this was my dream ever since I was a little girl and I am finally here and noting can stop me from become the biggest model ever

Once I arrived at my hotel in Manhattan I grabbed my suite case and rushed inside the beautiful hotel building.

"are you checking in Miss ?" The lady in the front counter said

"Yes I am" I responded

"Name please ?"

"Renee Mendez" I said

~Picture of Renee above !!~

The lady typed in her computer for a few seconds and smiled at me "Yes your right here in room 713" The lady gave me a shiny white and gold room Key "Enjoy your stay at The Plaza"

I smiled back "Thank you" and took and the room key from the lady's hand

"Oh and don't worry about your suite case we will get somebody to get that for you" The lady snapped her finger and a man with a black suite was by my side in a blink on an eye "Please take her bag to room 713"

The man nodded his head picked up my things and walked away

~~~~~~
"Mom this place is to die for ! how come you never took me here when I was a little girl ?" I asked looking around my huge hotel suite"
"Darling your father was always working when you were a child and he didn't like for us to travel alone" my mother said in her British accent over the phone
I come from a very Wealth family. My mom is from London while my dad is from L.A. My dad met my mom in London when he moved out there. One main reason they got married was because they would make more money together since they were both rich, but don't get me wrong they love each other to death. Majority of my life I lived in London but when I turned 18 I moved to Atlanta to go to school and that's also how I met my boyfriend Roc. One thing Roc always makes fun of me about is my accent which is so annoying.
"I'll never understand that" I mumbled while pouring tea into my cup
"Me either but I have some good news .. I will be coming down there to see your fashion show ! " My mother said with excitement
"Really mom ! that's great ! will you be staying at the plaza as well ?" I asked taking a sip of my tea
"Why of course .. how can I go to New York and not stay at the Plaza ?" My mother giggled
"That's wonderful mum I can't wait, are you going to stay here for the whole month ? you know I have more work to do here other than the fashion show " I explained
" If you like darling "
" I would really love it if you did stay "
"Then I'll be there"
THE NEXT DAY
I slipped out of bed grabbed my silky robe and put it on. I unpacked yesterday so I had all my outfits in the closet. I had to pick up my schedual for the day of the fashion show. I took a shower washed my hair then put on a nude vintage loose dress with a boat neck line , I put on nude high heels with a gold chain, as for my hair it out it into a high neat curly bun.
When I was done getting dressed I grabbed my purse that matched my outfit and my phone and headed out the hotel into the parking lot to my car.
