Chapter 13

  I rolled my eyes and hung up my phone throwing it into my purse

Kat gave me a confused "You ok ?"

"Just another argument with Roc that's all " I said shaking my head

"wanna talk about it ?" Kat offered

"No it' ok Im just ready to eat"

Kat laughed "Agreed"

 

    Kat and I drove to a salad place , once we ordered what we wanted we sat down by a window

"Soo I actually wanted to talk  to you about something" Kat said getting excited

I gave her a unsure smile "What's up ?"

"I know we just met but I think im starting to like Prodigy ?"

"Oh really " I said smiling at her

"Yes ! like he has the best personality in the world, he is so sweet and he knows how to cook" Kat explained

I laughed " I know that just won you over"

"Wow your place is so nice" Yazmin said walking inside the houseand looking all around

"Thank you hun" Kori said sliping off her heels and walking into her kitchen "Wine ?" 

Yazmin nodded her head "Sure" 

   A couple seconds later Kori came back to the living room with two tall glasses of red wine and handed one of the glasses to Yazmin and sat next to her on the couch 

"So how are things going at work ?" Yazmin asked taking a sip of her wine 

Koir rolled her eyes "I mean I like what I do but I can't stand Kat and Renee espically Kat" 

"How come ?" Yazmin asked 

"Just problems in the past with her , but I have been keeping my eye on Renee lately"  Kori said taking a sip of her wine 

Yazmin quickly looked at Koir and made a confused face "why ..." 

Kori raied one of her eyebrows "Have you noticed ? " 

"Noticed what Kori ?"

"Yazmin, Princeton is always flirting with Renee, I though you would have realized by now .." 

Yazmin put down her glass of wine " Your joking right ?" 

"Why would I lie about something like that ?" 

Yazmin shook her head " I have to do something about this ..."

"if we are going to this dance together im not suppose to see what dress your picking out" I siad smirking at her  

"I know but I really need your opinion on what I should wear" Renee said looking through the rack of dresses 

"You could of asked Prodigy or RayRay" 

" I did but Prodigy is working in the studio now a days and RayRay is all up his new girls ass" Renee answered 

I laughed and nodded my head "You have a point ... " 

"Do you like this one ?" Renee asked holding out a blue dress infront of her 

"ehh it's alright " I said 

Renee made a disapointed face and turned back around to put the dress away but right away she let go the dress grabbed hand and dragged me out the store 

"Woah woah what happened ?" I asked 

"I just saw my ex's girlfriend in there "  Renee said breathing hard 

"so what .." 

Renee looked up at me as if I was crazy "so what ?! I can't face her ! "

I sighed " and ? doesn't mean she has to run you out of places it's not right" 

"Princeton you don't understand " Renee said shaking her head

"Fine ... lets go to starbucks for a little until we think she left the store" I suggested 

Renee nodded her head "Sounds good"

"Hey babe" I said leaning in to give Yazmin a kiss 

she swerved my kiss while rolling her eyes "we need to talk" 

I made a confused face "um ok .. come in .." 

She came in the house and sat on the couch and I sat across from her "wasup everything alright ?" I asked 

"no everything is not alright ... why am I hearing you are flirting with Renee all the time at work ?" 

I widen my eyes "what ? who .. said that ?" 

"It doesn't matter who told me , is it true do you flirt with her ?" 

I shook my head "no I don't flirt with her , yeah I talk to her a lot but that's it" 

Yazmin crossed her arms " She beautiful Princeton I would understand why you would flirt with her because then later on you would have to see plan me" 

I rolled my eyes and took her hands "Look nothing is going on between me and Renee ok ?" 

Yazmin nodded her head "and to make sure of that I want you to fire her"

"What ?!" I said letting go of Yazmin and moving away from her 

"Yes I want you to fire her "

"Im not going to do that , shes one of the best models in the company .. if I let her go I put the company in danger " I explained 

"it's either me or the company Princeton you pick .." 

I shook my head "You can't make me choose"

"Fine then I will" Yazmin got up from the couch and began to walk away 

"Yazmin wait !" I said running after to her and grabbing her hand 

"Yes ?" She asked 

"Ill see what I can do ok ?" 

Yazmin sighed "Fine but I want Renee gone "
